Two of these FOSS machines were purchased and installed in laboratories at Feed Central’s Toowoomba (Qld) and Shepparton (Vic) branches, which are conveniently located in Australia’s major feedlotting and dairying regions respectively.

To provide this service and establish two feed testing laboratories, the company has made a very substantial outlay.

We have also invested in new people to develop our Feed Testing services.

Our newest team member is Amelia Chintock (top right), who is responsible for our Shepparton laboratory. Amelia holds qualifi cations in Agriculture & Agronomy.Sara Croft (below right) leads the running of our Toowoomba laboratory. Sara grew up on her family’s sheep and cattle property in Southern Queensland and is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree at University of Queensland’s Gatton Campus.

Dairy One Feed Testing now available to the public!UPDATE: Thank you to the many clients who have supported our new Feed Testing business since it launched late last year. We then went in search of cutting-edge NIR (Near Infrared) technology that led us to the FOSS NIR DS2500 equipment, the world’s most advanced fodder and feed grains analyser machine. This highly accurate

optical near infrared technology gives unmatched performance across the full wavelength range of 400 to 2500nm.
