activities under full Care Taker/ Attendant supervision with a separate

Butler’s kitchen for enthusiastic traditional cuisine and day to day

meal preparation.

• Indoor and outdoor therapeutic activities & games: music, singing, art, photography, cooking, gardening, LSCAL patient friendly pet nurturing, bird watching, local village tours, walks and site seeing, etc. (excludes LSCAL Leisure Travel Packages).

High-dependency Nursing:

While high-dependency nursing care may require more 1-2-1 support and reduce an

individual’s ability to remain independent, LSCAL doesn’t believe this is the end to

living an ordinary home life.

Our multi-disciplinary and engagement teams ensure all individuals within our care

are involved with day-to-day activities, can carry out or participate in tasks of interest

to them and be a part of external events or outings wherever possible.

Working alongside discharge teams, we ensure a smooth transition from an acute

hospital setting to your own home or to our nursing home. Our nurse-led teams are

fully trained to care for the most complex care needs, enabling individuals to lead the

most fulfilling life available to them with the considerate care, dignity and respect

they deserve.

. Medicine and private hospital consultation fees are not included in the high dependency Patient Care charge but the LSCAL qualified

nurse and Care Attendant services are included in the long-term Residential Nursing Home package and long term Assisted Home Living
