Historical Town of Lando Lando was at one time a thriving mill village of approximately 2,000 people and home to the Manetta Textile Mill. The mill, which closed in 1991, was at one point the world’s largest producer of blankets. The 263± acres South of Fishing Creek includes the historic town village.
