To reach those places, we can use Trans Jogja bus that operates everyday starts from 5.30 am until 9.30 pm. We can start the tour "Landmarks of Yogyakarta" in the morning. Beginning from Tugu Station, Adisutjipto Airport, or Malioboro Street and finally we can stop in the Prambanan Temple, Kalasan. For the travelers who come from Tugu Station can walk about a minute into HALTE MALIOBORO 1 to take 1A route with Trans Jogja. The journey spends about an hour and it will pass Beringharjo market, Indies buildings (Vredeburg, the State Palace, Bank Indonesia building), Taman Pintar, and Gembiraloka Zoo. While for the tourists who come from Adisutjipto Airport can directly take 1A route to Prambanan Temple. It takes no more than 15 minutes. The bus will stop at HALTE PRAMBANAN (Terminal Prambanan). After the bus stop, we can walk across the street to purchase the ticket as the admission to enter Prambanan Temple (+62274 496 401), a Hindu temple. Prambanan Temple's Complex is lovely. Prambanan was built in the reign of Rakai Pikatan and Rakai Belitung in the 10th century. Prambanan's reliefs contain the story of Ramayana. Colorful flowers which bloom in the garden and the deers that run around the temple make this place more beautiful. One way ticket of Prambanan and Ratu Boko Palace is USD 20. After Prambanan Temple, the next trip is visiting Ratu Boko Palace (+62 274 496 510). To reach Ratu Boko Palace, you should take the shuttle bus that provided by Tourism Park Temple (TCW). The bus will depart every 10 minutes and the last departure is at 3 pm.
