We offer expertise in all stages of the construction process, from securing land, planning permission and funding and can unlock sites where the vendor has elected to charge VAT by employing a ‘Golden Brick’ process. There is currently a very strong appetite for LIDs among registered providers and our experience in all aspects of social housing makes us the ideal partner for such developments.
