Tenure The land is sold freehold with vacant possession Directions From Grange Moor roundabout – towards Huddersfield on A642, drop into Lepton at 30 mph limit, take first left onto Pond Lane. Turn second left onto Green Balk Lane and almost immediately right onto Lepton Lane. This is tarmac at the top but soon becomes an unmade track. The land is on the right of the lane and the easiest access point is the stile onto the footpath.
