• Utility Knife- A sharp utility knife to cut away the caulking on the old countertops

• Level- To make sure the old cabinet base is level before installing the new countertop.

• Shims- You may need to use shims to level the cabinet box before installing the new countertop.

• Caulking gun and silicone caulk- You will need some silicone caulking fir sealing up the new countertop after installation.

How to Install• Have all the correct measurements; then order and pick up your new

laminate countertops. Always inspect and ensure everything fits together properly before purchasing and bringing everything home.

• Remove your old countertops. You will have a few draw tight or similar fasteners holding the pieces of the old countertop(s) together.

• Remove the anchors and any retaining clips holding the countertops in place to the cabinet box below.

• Check your cabinet box to ensure it is level, if not correct with shims until you get it level.

Continued• With a helper set the new countertop in place. Check to ensure

everything fits in place properly, and then check the level with the new countertop in place.

• Tighten the new countertop together according to the manufacture instruction. Be sure to anchor and secure the new countertop to the cabinet box

• Drop in your sink and any other appliances.

• With everything in place, tightened and secured properly, apply caulking at the back of the countertop and around the sink
