PROJECT

Well Flow International were hiring 3 professionals in Saudi Arabia. It was explained that they were putting a

significant amount of investment into the region and the new Country Manager was tasked with strengthening the

current team.

BP – SHAH DENIZ II PROJECT

REFERENCE: SUBSEA OPERATIONS LEAD

PROJECT

BP had struggled to fill this role for three months, which required a solid background in subsea controls as well as

ongoing operations and maintenance. Furthermore, this position required the successful applicant to spend two

years in the UK then relocate to Azerbaijan for a further 2 to 3 years. An Engineering Manager at BP subsequently

recommended that they approach Laking Group to fill this position.

− This role involved a systematic mapping of all known subsea controls personnel at every known operator in

Aberdeen.

− Laking Group successfully sourced a candidate looking relocate from Aberdeen.
