LÄNNEN 8800i TECHNICAL DATA

Lännen 8800i – the strongest machine on the market in its weight category – is equipped with the economic and reliable Agco Power 49 AWI 4-cylinder diesel engine. The output of the engine, which complies with the Stage 3B emission standard, is 124 kW. The torque rating of 700 Nm is achieved at 1,300 engine revolutions per minute.

A well-designed drive transmission system gives the machine a high tractive force and a transport speed of up to 45 km/h. These features – together with the new solutions realised in the operating hydraulics – may help to reduce the consumption of fuel by 10 %.

The oscillation of the frame, and the large turning angle of 42°, and the tilting trajectory of +/- 400 mm improve the machine's off-road properties even more.

The machine's fully armoured underside and high ground clearance ensure it continues to move with agility and steadiness even under extremely demanding conditions.

The extended, 2,700 mm long, wheelbase renders excellent stability while travelling on the road. The hight transport speed of 45 km/h enables the machine to be moved from one work site to the next conveniently and rapidly.

Load-sensing operating hydraulics with high output and the drive transmission load the engine no more than required by the task at hand.

New steering and control software for the operating and drive hydraulicstogether with redesigned control valves, have improved the machine's flexibility and precision.

Reduced redundant thermal load, increased speed and easier control at different stages of the work, economically yet efficiently.

The automatic oscillation control AOC monitors the frame's oscillation and the movements of the backhoe, and optimises the operation of the oscillation lock.

This ingenious control sys-tem enables to make good use and control efficiently the Lännen 8800i model's large oscillation and steering angles. This helps achieve excellent stability, efficiency and economy during varying operations.

The engine bonnet opens at the front, and turns fully up, completely revealing the service points of the engine.

Changing the engine oil has been made easier by positioning the drain plug in a more accessible location.

The drive transmission filter has also been relocated for better access, which makes changing the engine air filter now even easier.

The larger batteries of 2x170 Ah are now located under the cabin, which makes them easier to maintain.
