High-resolution pH-meter, 0.001 pH and 0.1 mV. With different measurement programmes, and ease of communication with a PC. This is an ideal pH-meter for research labs.It also has the appropriate specifications for working with ion selective electrodes.
Key features
Direct control over a magnetic or rod stirrer, speed and on/off switch.
Interface for 40-column printer or for computer. If connected to a PC, the interface is two-way.
Interface for a PC keyboard, a useful feature for personalising reports. The measurement data appear both on the display and on the printed reports. See examples.
Capable of working with I.S.E., ion-selective electrode- Calibration at 2 or 3 points. - Direct reading in concentration
(mol/l, g/l or ppm).
Communications software, optional, which facilitates remote control of the pH-meter, data transfer and storage on a PC.
Special calibration. Apart from calibration with standard buffers, the GLP 22 can be calibrated using any reference solution. Capacity for registering the pH electrode history. The following details can be queried: electrode identification, type and number, date of installation, number of measurements taken, total measuring time, minimum and maximum pH values and temperature at which the electrode has been working and details of the last 10 calibrations.
Lab pH-meter, GLP 22
Password to protect the measure-ment programme.Built-in clock, thanks to which the instrument can also be used as a calendar, clock and chronometer.
Display of the time taken for each measurement. The higher this is, the faster the electrode is deteriorating.
Permanently enabled data logger. A constant database with the last 447 measurements with date and time of measurement, user, duration of the measurement and sample code. This information can be viewed on the display panel or sent to a printer or PC.Graphic reports can be obtained of measurements made in continuous mode. Two different modes of operation, one functional, simple and the other advanced, with 4 configurable measurement programs.

In functional mode, the GLP 22 works like a classical pH-meter, the user does not have access to modify any of the parameters:- measures pH with resolution of
0.01 pH.- stability reading mode.- calibration with two buffers.- transfer of data to a printer or a PC.
In advanced mode, however, the user can confi gure up to 4 different programs, selecting:- measurement mode: by stability,
continuous or by time.- measurement resolution.- the units of measurement: pH, mV
or ISE:- calibration with 2 or 3 buffers.- buffer type, technical or NIST
values.- limits to the measurement, making
quality control of the samples or process monitoring easier. An acoustic signal warns the user of the existence of abnormal measurements.
- an end point, with a warning once this has been reached.

OperationThe GLP 22 software has been designed so that the operator can use this high-performance pH-meter by following on-screen instructions, using a simple keypad and practically without having to read the instructions manual.
Communications software GLP-PCSoftware for Windows, making capture and availability of data on PC easier. The GLP 22 can be operated from a PC thanks to its two-way RS 232 C interface.
