e-Pengeluaran is an online withdrawal application for members via i-Akaun facility in myEPF .

WHO CAN APPLY

Malaysian Citizen.

Has not attained age of 55 years at the point of withdrawal submission.

Have minimum savings of RM500 in Account 2.

Is an i-akaun KWSP members.

TERMS OF e-PENGELUARAN

Applicant is a purchaser, borrower and owner of the said property.

Have an outstanding loan balance from e-Pengeluaran participating bank.

Have an withdrawal application earlier for the same purpose. Previous withdrawal to Reduce /

Redeem Housing Loan must be made after 1 January 2011.

Terms for e-Pengeluaran is as per current withdrawal requirement

For purpose of payment, applicant must perform thumbprint authentication at any of the EPF branch.

*Applicant who do not fulfill the terms of e-Pengeluaran may submit the application at any of the EPF

branch.

i-Akaun will be listed in this page

Click icon ‘New Application’ to create new wiithdrawal.

In Step 1 Create New Withdrawal, Select the withdrawal type as ‘Reduce / Redeem Housing Loan’

Notes: Withdrawal payment for Reduce / Redeem Housing Loan will be made to housing loan account. If

you are required for a payment to your saving / current account, please select withdrawal type as Housing

Loan Monthly Installment provided that your loan account status is not a Non Performing Loan (NPL)

Notes: If you are applying for a different property from your previous withdrawal to reduce / redeem housing loan,

you may submit the application at EPF counter for the first time. Sekiranya anda berhasrat membuat pengeluaran

bagi harta yang berlainan daripada harta yang telah dibuat pengeluaran Menyelesaikan/Mengurangkan Pinjaman

Perumahan sebelum ini, anda perlu mengemukakan permohonan di kaunter KWSP bagi kali pertama.

Note: If you are NOT the purchaser and borrower for the said property and you want to assist

spouse reduce / redeem housing loan balance, please submit your application at EPF counter.
