INTRODUCTION
Submission of Contribution Details for Approval Flow Maker Checker (Payment Through at EPF/Bank Counter) involves
two (2) level of process:
Preparation contribution details by Maker
Approval of contribution and the payment details by Checker
Maker prepare the contribution details. Checker needs to check and verify the contribution details before approval is
done. Payment is made manually at EPF or Bank Counter
Note: Preprinted Form A is a form with employer and employee particulars (EPF No., Employee Name ,IC No., shares). The
details are based on latest posted month.
