This is the time when you should befocused only on activity that will lead directly to business. Anything that is not going to leadto business should be scheduled before 8:00 am, after 5:00 pm or on the weekend –necessary sales work or ‘B’ selling time.

All too often, you can find yourself doing paperwork, sitting in sales meetings, trainingsessions or webinars during prime ‘A’ selling time.
