KMP Expressway Queries;-

1. Please provide EPC terms and conditions.

2. As this is a balance work, so who will be the responsible for the balance payments, if any for the contractor who has been done the work earlier for the same project. Please clarify.

3. In schedule-H only project completion period (730 days from the appointed date) has been mentioned but in Milestone section there is duration provided for the each Milestone. Please provide the same.

4. Operation & Maintenance cost would be calculate separately or not. Please clarify. And also provide us O&M periods.

5. Regarding documents, In Part-IV folder there is no any documents. Please provide the same.

6. It is not mentioned in the documents in anywhere which edition of the IRC code is to be used for balance work. Please clarify.

7. The cross section of the road has been provided but from which change to which change which cross section will be applicable it is not mentioned in any schedule (preferable schedule-B). Please mention and provide the same.

8. Detailed inventory for work completed quantity wise including major items like Earthwork, Sub grade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC etc.

9. Please provide traffic data, MSA details and traffic analysis.

10. Please provide us Geotechnical reports.

11. Please provide GADs for the structures (Specially ROB & RUB).

12. It is written in schedule-A & B some structures are substantially completed. Please clarify what it means by substantially completion.

13. Please provide clarity about availability of extra land for Road side amenities, Toll Plaza, Truck Lay Bye, Bus Bays etc.
