And with seven Kleeneze Showcases under our belt since the business moved to Accrington, you can imagine we’ve seen a huge amount of feedback on our biggest event. However, the reaction to our Summer Showcase on Saturday was truly the finest we’ve ever had. You’ll have to take our word for it, but we had more emails than ever before about the Showcase - from Distributors who are ‘regulars’ at the events to those who were attending for the first time. All of them said that this event was the most inspiring, the most motivational and simply the best Showcase to date. So what made this event even better than before? Well, we had a lot of varied responses, from the launch of the Autumn Destination to our Network speakers. But there’s no doubt about what made this Showcase particularly spectacular – Kriss Akabusi. It took just under an hour for the Olympic athlete to completely wow over the audience, inspiring everyone with his limitless energy, boundless passion and incredibly contagious giggle! When he appeared two years ago on the NIA stage, the crowd was bowled over by his zeal and he quickly became Kleeneze’s favourite guest speaker. However, on Saturday, the Olympian did what no one thought was possible and surpassed our already high expectations of him and make his name synonymous with the Kleeneze Summer Showcase 2009. It seems only fitting that Akabusi returned to the Kleeneze arena, as it was he who spoke at our inaugural Olympic-themed event in 2007. Now half-way through our five-year plan to build Kleeneze up to the very best it can be, we’re almost certainly getting there. EWB has also received the most pro-active feedback we’ve seen to date, as well. This Showcase appears not only to have inspired you, but to have motivated you more than ever into taking action and moving your businesses forward. With the energy that appears to have been whipped up by our Network and guest speakers, we’re feeling confident that this year’s Autumn Destination will have the highest number of qualifiers we’ve ever seen. If you didn’t make it to this explosive event, we hope that this week’s newsletter will go some way to passing on some of the amazing energy and inspiration of the day. If you did, we’re sure you’ve already put your plans in place and are well on your way to achieving immense success. So sit back, as over the next 11 pages we will re-live Saturday 9 May. And we will see you ALL in Cyprus!

OUR BUMPER SHOWCASE EDITION OF EWB WILL NOW BE IN CIRCULATION FOR TWO WEEKS TO HELP AS ASPONSORING TOOL FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Working at EWB, we have the privilege of hearing all your good news and success stories on a daily basis. And with seven Kleeneze Showcasesunder our belt since the business moved to Accrington, you can imagine we’ve seen a huge amount of feedback on our biggest event. However, the reaction to our Summer Showcase on Saturday was truly the finest we’ve ever had.

You’ll have to take our word for it, but we had more emails than ever before about the Showcase - from Distributors who are ‘regulars’ at theevents to those who were attending for the first time. All of them said that this event was the most inspiring, the most motivational and simplythe best Showcase to date.

So what made this event even better than before? Well, we had a lot of varied responses, from the launch of the Autumn Destination to ourNetwork speakers. But there’s no doubt about what made this Showcase particularly spectacular – Kriss Akabusi.

It took just under an hour for the Olympic athlete to completely wow over the audience, inspiring everyone with his limitless energy, boundlesspassion and incredibly contagious giggle! When he appeared two years ago on the NIA stage, the crowd was bowled over by his zeal and hequickly became Kleeneze’s favourite guest speaker. However, on Saturday, the Olympian did what no one thought was possible and surpassedour already high expectations of him and make his name synonymous with the Kleeneze Summer Showcase 2009.

It seems only fitting that Akabusi returned to the Kleeneze arena, as it was he who spoke at our inaugural Olympic-themed event in 2007. Nowhalf-way through our five-year plan to build Kleeneze up to the very best it can be, we’re almost certainly getting there.

EWB has also received the most pro-active feedback we’ve seen to date, as well. This Showcase appears not only to have inspired you, but tohave motivated you more than ever into taking action and moving your businesses forward. With the energy that appears to have been whippedup by our Network and guest speakers, we’re feeling confident that this year’s Autumn Destination will have the highest number of qualifierswe’ve ever seen.

15.05.09 Issue 19 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

It’s not in every arena that the concept of ‘recession’ would produce a whoop of happiness, however, that’swhat happened on Saturday morning when Kleeneze Chairman Patrick Jolly stated: “For the first time in 12years, there are more than 2 million unemployed people in the UK and that figure shows every sign ofcontinuing to increase.”

We all know that now is the time to take action and to help, Managing Director Jamie Stewart was on handto explain just some of the Kleeneze solutions there are in store:

THE SITUATION:“You’ll all know that we’ve hadphenomenal retail so far this year. Insome areas it’s cleared us out. In

March, sales were 20% higher than forecast and so have given usthe quality problem many retailers would love to have. We sold outof a small number of lines.”

THE SOLUTION:“Currently of the one thousand five hundred and ninety five liveitems, we’ve got 46 out of stock, but over the next week this willimprove to 30 and then the following week we should be back tonormal service.”

THE SITUATION:“This summer, for the first time in over 15 years, people will befinishing full-time education in the middle of a recession. Somethinglike 690,000 people will be entering the job market from furthereducation to find that there are no jobs. We already know there areat least 10 people applying for every job.”

THE SOLUTION:“There are two types of students to target – those that are currentlystudying who may be worried about student debt or whose parentsmay be finding it hard to support them and those who have justcompleted their studies and are looking for full time work.

Who do you know who has a student in their family?Or do you live near to student accommodation? I’m sure given agroup of people to focus on you can come up with some creativeways to target them.”

THE SITUATION:“As a result of these major increases in job seekers there are anumber of job fairs and careers events springing up across the

country. I tested one acouple of weeks ago withsome local distributors andwe were all surprised bythe number of leads wegenerated. Best of all theseevents are usually low-costor even free to exhibit at.”

THE SOLUTION:“To help you promote thebusiness in a professionalmanner and maximiseinterest we’ve negotiated afantastic price on these

exhibition stands. We’ve come up with two standard designs thatare tailored for both recruitment events and your businessopportunity meetings.

These normally retail for £126 plus delivery but you can order eitherdesign personalised with your Kleeneze approved website andcontact numbers for only £65 including VAT and delivery. These aremade to order and can usually be with you within 3-4 days.”

THE SITUATION:“Unfortunately we live in a society that doesn’t always praise peoplefor using their initiative to set up their own home based business. Most people don’t want to see you do better than them. Howmany of you had friends and family 100% behind you when youfirst told them you were starting your own Kleeneze business? Ifsomeone asks what you do are you able to explain it clearly?”

THE SOLUTION:“Imagine if we were advertising for a Gold Distributor.

Never undersell yourself, Kleeneze is an opportunity that can anddoes change lives. Make sure you’re able to explain to people in theright context that Kleeneze really could be a great solution for them. Many people have skills from previous roles that give them a headstart in their Kleeneze business.”

THE SITUATION:“To help you make best use of your time we’ve been working withParcel Force who incidentally have consistently outperformed Amtraksince they took over the service last year [and are now DSA awardwinners! See page 5 for details – Ed]

THE SOLUTION:“In the next couple of months we will be testing a delivery servicefor anyone that’s Internet registered.

The night before your delivery is due to you and the parcels havebeen received by Parcelforce, we will email all Internet-registeredDistributors at approximately 8.30pm to confirm specifically whichparcels will be delivered the next day.

The following morning we will alert you by email again if any of theparcels have been delayed once the vans have been loaded.”

The Kleeneze Solution

RECOGNITION PARADE GOES OLYMPICIf you weren’t there on the day, don’t worry – our illustrious Chairman hasn’t really been put on the bench. He kindly stepped to one side for theafternoon to allow Kriss Akabusi to join Jamie Stewart for our recognition ceremony.

And what a ceremony it was. Not only did we congratulate all our Sales Plan movers since the last Showcase, we also saw our four Corsawinners (Andrew Ridley, Jack Kirby and Chantelle Molloy, Clare and Richard Chantler and Andrew Buxton and Laura Kelly) collect their brandspanking new cars and, once again, Andrew Buxton and Laura Kelly took to the stage to collect their Mini Cooper.

“We had a wicked day on Saturday. It wasour first ever time on stage for going Goldand what an amazing touch to receive ourmedals from an Olympic star. Kriss himself isan inspiration and the best motivationalspeaker I have seen.

We now have his signed book and a picturewith him for us to look back on our fantasticday and the medals from Kleeneze. We’re alsoin qualification for Cyprus, which is justamazing as we have never been on a holidayas a couple, so our first trip away will be withKleeneze and for free! How memorable willthat be!”Vicky Bradley and Craig AustinGold Distributors

“Rebekah and I were blown away by KrissAkabusi and Richard Berry, so to go acrossstage and actually receive our medals fromKriss himself made the day an amazing event.

The training Gavin Scott gave on the fantasticEzeReach system was brilliant and informativeand the passion and belief that Angel Hilldisplayed was awe-inspiring. We had 12members of our team there and all of themsaid they had booked tickets forSeptember now.”

“At the end of last year we introduced a money back offer for new starters called SOS – Start OutSuccessful,” Jamie Stewart explained on Saturday. “The idea of this was twofold - to offer people asimple means of joining for free but also to reward new people for doing the activity to buildtheir business.

To order the latest SOS flyers for your prospects use the same order code as before 04081 for a pack of 200 for only £2.00 or€3.00 available from Wednesday or download it from the DSA.

All a new starter had to do to get their joining fee refunded is:

Achieve £400 of personal sales within their first 4 weeks. Then withinthose first 4 weeks sponsor someone into the business who then has 4weeks to achieve £400 of personal sales

This offer ended just over a week ago but it seemed to ignite peopleinto action - so given the success that SOS has had – almost 300people qualifying for a full refund on their joining fee - I’m sureyou’ll be pleased to hear that we’ve decided to extend it untilthe end of August. And even better, we’ll back date it to thestart of May so that we include all of last week’s new startersin this promotion.”

“We have been to every Showcase since we joined in 1997 and thiswas without doubt the best yet. The whole day was full of hints anduseful tips which meant you could go away and improve your businessimmediately.

The SOS incentive will certainly help with people being uncertain aboutinvestments in this time of every penny being counted”Andrew and Sharon Bird

“In January, we had just reached 13% and after attending the NewYear Showcase we were feeling inspired! So, on our return, with thehelp of our sponsor, Steve, and incredible Upline Andrew and Laura,we started our plan – setting four goals: to go Gold; walk across the

stage at the NIA; qualify forthe Autumn Destination andto do my own testimonial atthe NIA.

Well at the end of Period 4we achieved Gold status, soon Saturday we walkedacross the stage at the NIA,and in two months timewe hope to of qualified togo to Cyprus (the strangething about that is oursummer holiday was going tobe Cyprus this year but we decided to go to Egypt instead). As for thegoal to do my testimonial at the NIA - well I will do that one day!

There were so many highlights for us on Saturday, but the one thatstands out the most has to be walking on to that stage and receivingthe recognition for achieving Gold.

The Summer Showcase has left us just as inspired and motivated asthe first one did. I also took two prospects to the event - one of whichwill be joining my team, and because of the extension of the brilliantSOS incentive he his now in with a chance of getting all his start-upcosts back.”Simon and Helen Fogwill, Gold Distributors

Distributors of theYear, Mike and JeanDay, had opened ourthird SummerShowcase by lightingthe Olympic flame, the corporate newshad been shared andnow it was time forour first guestspeaker – Directorof the DSA,Richard Berry.

When Richardbecame involved withKleeneze in 1969, it

was a very different company. He was brought in as a consultant, asthe company’s share price was dropping. Some things, he told theaudience, are very much the same today as they were then though:firstly, the customer trust in the brand name continues to be verystrong, the company still produces essential everyday products that areof interest to the customer and thirdly – it’s still fun!

Now a key figure in the Direct Selling industry, Berry was the manbehind the company as it is now. It was he who brought MLM toKleeneze and the idea of catalogues, saying “back then, Kleeneze waspredominantly for men – they thought catalogues were for wimps! Ittook a long time for the message to spread.”

Having initiated Europe’s first MLM company, Richard Berry stillwatches the progress of Kleeneze avidly, however, heading up the DSAhe is also very aware of how the industry is heading. The Directorended his speech on an entirely reassuring note, saying: “Demand forextra income will always continue to thrive – regardless of whetherthere’s a recession or not.”

“Richard Berry was the highlight of the day for me. To see the manwho was at the helm of Kleeneze back in 1970 was brilliant. I knew ofthe vital role that he played in the development of Kleeneze becominga network marketing company but it really hit home listening to himon stage. Without him none of us would have been there. Just oneman with the vision for the future. We can all learn from this. We canall make a difference. The Showcase was absolutely spectacular. All the speakers and testimonials were awesome. Another great day.Thank you.”

Dave Pemberton-Smith, Gold Senior Executive Distributor

HEAD OF DSA WOWS NIA AUDIENCE

48 hours after the Summer Showcase, the Direct Selling Associationawards ceremony was due to take place. With Kleeneze short-listed forno less than FIVE awards, we were overjoyed when we heard the newsthat our very own Susan Coleman and Robert Holdford had won theaward for Retail Excellence and Parcelforce, had snapped up thePartnership Award.

As the Direct Selling industry continues to thrive, this event is seeingmore competition than ever, so it’s a huge achievement to berecognised in this arena.

Gold Distributors, Susan Coleman and Robert Holdford have alreadysnapped up Kleeneze’s own VIP trophy for the past six years running,

so it wasn’t a huge surprise that they were recognised for theiroutstanding personal sales at the DSA ceremony.

Our other winners, Parcelforce, were awarded the Partnership Awardthanks to the huge support the company gave us when our deliverycompany, Amtrak, suddenly went into administration and, indeed, continues to give us.

Congratulations to all our short-listed superstars and, of course, our winners!

COMING SOON, ALL THE PHOTOS AND DETAILS OF KLEENEZE’SSTARRING NIGHT AT THE DSA AWARDS.

It’s not everyday that you see an enormous cheque for over £3million fall out of the sky. However, this isn’t an everyday sort ofbusiness and with Kleeneze usually anything could happen!

Before our Network speakers took to the stage, Jamie Stewart andMichael Khatkar slowly revealed Gavin Scott’s and BonnieArapes’s cheque to the shouts of ‘higher, higher’ from theaudience! The final amount for the past eight years? Three million,twenty-two thousand, one hundred and fifty one pounds.

Oh and twenty-four pence.

Blimey! Not a bad way to ease into Gavin’s brilliant training onEzeReach. He was followed by two fantastic testimonials from twofantastic ladies in the Network – Angel Hill and Julie Yuen.

In the afternoon we had more training sessions from the likes ofPeter Wellock and the very witty John Stephen, with Marion Homerproviding the testimonial. Closing the day was Rob Forster – andwhat an inspirational way to go out!

“Another great Showcase on Saturday, so thanks to thecompany for that - oh and thanks for the Corsa too!All of the team, who attended, had a great time andfound it very inspiring. A few great things amongst lotsof fantastic events during the day, for me were:

The advertising banners - I ordered mine on Mondayfirst thing! It’s just what we need. We can use them inall different areas, from career faryes, car boot sales, high street shopping areas, just about anywhere! Veryprofessional, and they will be very effective I’m sure.

Richard Berry, Director of the DSA - his comments giveus a lot of confidence in this fantastic business, saying:”Recession doesn’t bother MLM direct selling

companies. It will have little or no effect onDSA companies.”

Kriss Akabusi, as lots of people have commented, was immense! Getting new prospects up was amaster stroke, I believe. And one of his quotes isstill with me from the last talk he did, which hesaid again - ”The past is for reference, notresidence” - WOW how powerful is that.

We will move on from the Showcase stronger, andmore confident of the future than ever before -well done Kleeneze.”

Andy Ridley, Bronze Executive Distributor

“Having only missed two events in 9 years, I have experienced some great Showcasesand some even better than great Showcases. But Saturday was up there with some of thevery best.

The speakers were fantastic- from the testimonials to people like the awesome Rob Fosterand Gavin Scott to the likes of Kriss Akabusi, but it has to be said our very own JohnStephen stole the show.

The message he delivered was, as usual, spot on but mixed with a lesson in Scottishdialect was the funniest training I have ever seen (I thought Rosemary was going to burst).

The destination to Cyprus looks amazing - well worth the extra effort required to getthere. The retention of S.O.S is also a big plus. All in all, a great weekend.”

“We have just come back from what we cansafely say is the best Showcase we have beento in our Kleeneze career. All the speakerswere exceptional and had a clear concisemessage to get across complimenting eachother perfectly. It became apparent that wereally are in the right place at the right timeand with the right vehicle - we just need tostart driving it, and fast, or as John Stephensaid - go supersonic!

The announcement of the AutumnDestination before lunch was a fantastic ideaand Cyprus looks awesome. As Fay and I havebeen collecting our catalogues today we havecome up with Contacting Your Prospect-listRealises Ultimate Success using the first lettersof the Destination. We feel the prospect listreally is the most untapped resource we have, and if worked properly can create anawesome team of people.”

Fay and Andrew RoeBronze Executive Distributors

“What a Showcase! It is fair to say that it isdifficult to find words that could ever dojustice in trying to capture this incredibleevent. The combination of sensationalspeakers, fantastic incentives and KrissAkabusi’s energy and passion ensured that allour team members (experienced ones as wellas relatively new ones) thought it was aphenomenal day and we all left the NIAdetermined to immediately put into action allthat we had learned.”

Jackie and Iain SwanstonBronze Executive Distibutors

“What a fantastic day. You couldn’t pick afavourite out of the testimonials – they all hadsuch great personal stories. Richard Berryseemed a very proud man speaking from theheart, while Gavin, Peter, John and Rob wereall excellent, but a special mention must go toJohn for getting the whole audience to talkScottish in 5 minutes!

Poor Patrick Jolly opened the Showcase butthen lost his job to doing the recognition toKriss Akabusi who was fantastic on his secondvisit to the Kleeneze stage - who would havethought he could have been better than hisfirst visit. How lucky were the people who

went up to receive recognition to meet suchan enthusiastic and inspirational man?

That leaves us Cyprus. Le Meridien Spa &Resort looks like a wonderful place - a typicalKleeneze venue, nothing to good for itsDistributors!”

Jim and Jill Miller, Silver Distributors

“Just to say how awesome the Showcase was.Without doubt it was one of the best ever.Where else can you have a serious businessand have so much fun! Never heard so muchlaughter – don’t people know there’s arecession on?!!

The fun didn’t stop there either, as a smallgroup from the Nicholson Tigers Teamcontinued the synergy and joined up for asizzle at a local restaurant - we just didn’twant the day to end. Wealth of income, wealth of knowledge, wealth of friendship.”

Bob and Diane GouldingBronze Executive Distributors

“The Summer Showcase was amazing. All thespeakers were fantastic and all had differentways of presenting their points, which madeeach one uniquely inspiring. Seeing KrissAkabusi was awe inspiring.

Steve and I went across the stage to acceptour Gold medals; this was, in our opinion, thebest possible time to do this as Kriss Akabusiawarded us with them. Wow - what afeeling. I thought it would be nerve-wracking,but it felt fantastic and we can’t wait to do itagain soon. Peter Wellock was a real pro andit was great to see a name up there that I’veheard many times over the years.

As always Rob Forster left us feeling proud ofthe opportunity we have in our hands at sucha desperate financial time, always a favouritespeaker with us. Richard Berry was fantasticto see, we felt humbled to see how much hehad achieved and how he’d laid the steppingstones to allow us to walk the journey ofsuccess with direct selling. And finally weenjoyed Gavin Scott’s presentation as it reallyhits home how regular people can achievegreat things with this business.Bring on Cyprus.”

Steve Richardson and Ann-Marie BurrasGold Distributors

I’m back home and reliving the Buzzgenerated by the Kleeneze Showcase at theNIA. The best one yet? Certainly ranks rightup there amongst the best that we’veattended. I thought the mix of speakers wasexceptional giving a really balanced show ofexperience and thought-provokingcommentary as provided by Richard Berry,Director of the DSA, Peter Wellock and JohnStephen, together with great testimonialsfrom some real stars of the business.

If anything, Kriss Akabusi was even betterthan he was 2 years ago. His enthusiasm anddrive are infectious and the passion andexcitement that he generated during theRecognition Parade may never, ever berepeated. To get the new prospects into themiddle of the arena and speak directly tothem in the way that he did wasabsolutely brilliant.

I think it was then a stroke of genius to haveRob Forster close the show. In my opinionhe’s simply the best speaker we have - theway he berated the politicians for their greedat a time when most of the people in thecountry are having to tighten their belts dueto the state of the economic mess they andthe banks have put us in was absolutelybrilliant. As ever Rob provided some real gemsfor us all to refer back to and I’m sure willhelp us move our businesses forward. Aboveall though he must have been a realinspiration for so many of the new prospectsand those attending the conference for thefirst time - proof indeed of what can beachieved from Kleeneze by applying workethic ,dedication and belief.

I’m saving the best to last - the chance to getup on stage as one of the Kleeneze OlympicGames qualifiers was brilliant but then tohave the next destination announced whilstwe were on stage was just awesome. LeMeridian Cyprus is going to be fantastic!Remember qualification is open to everyone -for all those of us who want to go, let’s workour socks off and make sure that we hit thosequalification criteria.

“This was my second Showcase and I thoughtit was excellent ! Kriss Akabusi's energy justgot me back on track, along with theinspiring testimonial from Julie Yuen, describing her trials on the way but nevergiving up. That's the kind of commitment thatleads to a successful business! I am nowworking with my team to help them identifytheir business goals and how I can help them

get there. I've activated my own new actionplan as well. Fantastic news about Cyprus andthe SOS incentive - being someone thatachieved the SOS last year and who sawanother team member do the same I know itis very achievable. I’m a great fan and I will bepushing it all the way!”

To sum things up I had a fantastic day and Iam so enthusiastic about this opportunity!

Thank you very much Kleeneze!”Neil Shearer, Distributor

“This was my first Showcase having only beenwith Kleeneze for 7 weeks, I was a littleunsure of what to expect. OH MY WORD!What a day. It was amazing to see over

5,000 Kleeneze distributors in one room andthe atmosphere was fantastic.

I was especially interested to hear whatRichard Berry had to say, and to think that allthose years ago, it was his foresight for thebusiness that ultimately brought us alltogether. I was humbled - whatan inspiration!

Kriss Akabusi was an excellent addition to theday and what with his motivationalpresentation, all the testimonials, Gavin andRob’s invaluable information and thefabulous rewards that had been given away, Iwas on fire!

The Autumn Destination looks unbelievableand I will certainly be trying my hardest to getthere and experience it for myself. Thesupport from Eur-eka for the people goingacross in recognition was incredible; I evenwent home and worked for a few hours, as Iwant to get across the stage myself!

I certainly couldn’t wait to get home and telleveryone all about what I had seen and show

them what a great opportunity Kleeneze is,especially my new sponsee as she will now bein with a chance of getting her start up costsback as the SOS incentive had been extended,I will definitely be back for more, I booked myticket for September by text while I was thereand can’t wait!”

“I’d just like to remind everyone that all qualifiers for Autumn destinations since Marrakech including Vienna will automatically qualify for tickets to the London Olympics in 2012.So anybody that qualifies for ‘Blackpool’ this year will also qualify for this historical event,” Patrick Jolly.

All qualifiers must be active at time of Olympics and can only qualify once.

15.05.09 Issue 19 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

There was a little bit of a surprise on the Saturday morning of theShowcase. Traditionally, we’ve quite cruelly made the audiencewait until the very end of the day to launch our Destination, butfor this particular Autumn Destination we couldn’t wait onesecond longer and launched it before lunch!

The news that we’re taking you to southern Cyprus; the seasidetown of Limassol was met with hoots of happiness from theaudience. The Autumn Destination is often referred to as the‘people’s conference’ thanks to its straightforward criteria whichopens it up to absolutely everyone in the Network.

Qualifying Distributors can look forward to staying at the amazingLe Meridien Spa & Resort – the island’s only five-star international

chain hotel situated immediately on the beach. It’s an amazingdestination and thequalification criteria is stillwide-open!

To see how to get there, what you’ll be doing onceyou are and tools to inspireyou along the way, check out our AutumnDestination website atwww.cyprus2009.co.uk.

“What a Showcase! And now we know where the AutumnDestination - Cyprus. How exciting is that?! I lived there for 6

years in and around Paphos and it is such a wonderful island, withvery hospitable people. Richard had never been to Cyprus, so lastyear; because I have some great friends in Limassol we visitedthem and did a tour of the island. Visiting – yes - the MeridianHotel. Even when I lived there it had the very best of reputationsfor the rich to stay. It is certainly not a destination to miss, sothose in qualification and those who have just joined this fantasticbusiness make sure you do everything and more to get to thisbeautiful island. Can’t wait!”Vanadis Fox and Richard HouseagoBronze Executive Distributors
