Finally, some figures: Today in the Greater Kista Science City is about 4 600 companies with over 65 500 employees. 22 000 of whom work in the cluster more than 700 ICT companies. There are also 1 100 researchers and 5 000 students with ICT as a common denominator. This strong concentration of works in ICT to create a unique environment with huge opportunities - a Living Science City. But Kista Science City is not just hard work and Hi Tech - about 120 000 people is living throughout the Kista Science City, 65 000 workers and almost 6 000 studying at the university level here.

”Kista-Sollentuna-Häggvik berör kommunerna Stockholm, Sollentuna och Sundbyberg och har en stark näringslivsprofil med kunskapsintensiva näringsgrenar och utbildningar. För att uppnå en tät blandstad krävs omfattande förtätning både i Sollentuna och i Kista. E4 delar kärnan i två delar och behöver överbryggas med förbättrade interna kommunikationer. Tillgängligheten till och inom kärnan kan förbättras genom spårutbyggnad mellan Kista och Ulvsunda, Barkarby och Sollentuna. Genom en utbyggnad av Förbifart Stockholm förbättras även tillgängligheten till området med bil.”
