I nternship

June-July 2010: Worked with the Market Research Wing of Textile Committee on a Project titledSENSITIVITY OF TARIFF Cut on Textile and Clothing sector using Swiss formula : Optionsfor India at WTO, under the guidance of Dr P. Nayak. The purpose of the project was to study theimpact ofan extensive data simulation exercise to find suitable coefficient for India using SW I SS formulaand identify list of sensitive items in textile and clothing sector at HS6 digit level.

June-August 2010: Worked with Prof. Vinish Kathuria on a Project entitled Consequences ofDeregulation on Civil and Aviation Sector in India and the way ahead.

This paper identified the majordeterminants of the co-existence of double burden of malnutrition among women of reproductive age 15-49 years in the four South Indian states using data from National Family Health Survey-3 (NFHS-3, 2005-06)
