• Excellent Zone for Lunch

• Use of Trees as a buffer

• Nice walking paths

• Lots of variety, food and use

• Manages current traffic load well

• Fence between papa’s and the center, unable to walk through the site

• Crossing the street is never consistent (6 lanes to cross)
