Ms. Kimberly Diamant worked as the Creative Director for Ferretti Group in North America from 2008

through to 2012. Her responsibilities included the overall design and direction for all of the Ferretti

Group’s retail facilities in United States, she was also responsible for leading the design and execution

team for all the boat shows and events. In addition Ms. Diamant was responsible for the interior design

selections and décor configuration of all of the yachts that Ferretti Group ordered for inventory for the

American market, as well as working with clients to configure and select the interiors for their yachts.

In her capacity managing the Boat Shows and Events, Ms. Diamant was instrumental in both enhancing

the design of the Ferretti Group presence at the boat shows as well as dramatically reducing the

expense for the production, build out and staging of the displays. This was accomplished by Ms. Diamant

creating a modular structure for the displays that could be configured for various different events,

layouts and footprints and also using high quality durable materials that could be re-used, re-purposed

and maintained considerable longevity. In addition to her design and architectural talents, Ms. Diamant

also directly project managed the staging, build-out and execution of the display, which she approached

with meticulous attention to detail of design and presentation, timelines and budgets. In my experience

of working with Ms. Diamant she was consistently ahead of schedule and consistently came in below

budgets.

The Ferretti Group Flagship showroom is a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which is

the focal point for the American distribution operations. Ms. Diamant conceptualized the development

of the location into a multi-use facility that operated as a retail yachts showroom, delivery center, office

environment and events space. Today this unique facility is the premier retail showroom for yachts in

the world and unsurpassed by any other venue.

Working closely with the brand managers, Ms. Diamant also performed a critical role in the décor

selections and configuration of the yachts built for the American market. This required the ability to

work closely with the architects and styling offices for each of the brands in Italy and ensure the yachts

produced for America were specifically orientated toward the American market preferences. This

required a unique understanding of the design capabilities of the shipyards as well as an ability to closely

follow and anticipate American design trends and preferences.

I worked closely with Ms. Diamant throughout her tenure with Ferretti Group America. She possesses

that rare ability to combine creative and design talent with commercial and executional skills, to ensure

that her projects were optimized aesthetically whilst also ensuring they were commercially viable. I

would highly recommend Ms. Diamant to design, lead and execute creative projects for any brand that

requires fresh thinking, an innovative approach and practical implementation.
