The transportation industry is one that every individual in the country has some experience with. We all need to get from A to B for a variety of different reason, whether we take our own cars, public transportation, or hire a private transportation company. As such, we all have strong opinions about the transportation industry as well. In the cities, we complain about traffic congestion, air pollution, noise, and the lack of suitable public transportation. Often, buses, subways, and taxis are late or will not take us exactly where we need to go.

Curtin Medical Livery Service, and Kim Bruno Waterford CT have worked hard to develop a transportation company that fights these gaps in the system. As owner of the company, Kim Bruno has recognized the serious challenges that members of the special needs community face when it comes to getting where they need to go. Many adults have disabilities that limit their ability to drive and use public transportation. Unfortunately, they are also some of the individuals that need to travel the most.

There are others with even greater need when it comes to medical transportation, specifically children. Curtin Livery is well known for their statewide contracts with many of Connecticut’s school districts for their daily bus and van services. They are also particularly proud of the special needs transportation that they offer for students. Curtin Livery has a variety of buses and vans that come equipped with wheel chair lifts, as well as fully licensed and qualified drivers who can operate and service this type of medical equipment.
