For your installation you can rely on our experienced

team, with all relevant certifications. Our team includes

supervisors/site managers and qualified technicians for

piping and systems construction.

We employ certified welders (accord EN 287-1), orbital

welders (accord. DIN EN 1418) and of course, trained

personnel for the ensuing video-endoscopic inspection.

Our employees have the most modern tools available to

them, such as orbital welding machines, video-endosco-

pic camera systems, and residual oxygen measurement

devices. The assembly of units can usually be accommo-

dated in our spacious workshop. These are then joined

and erected on-site to create a complete system.

Automation

Controlling, Automation, Monitoring – According to Your Needs

KIESELMANN looks back on decades of experience in

the field of Automation as well. From the conceptual

design through the fabrication of control cabinets, we

cover the complete spectrum of Automation Services.

We like to employ the widespread systems WinCC and

Braumat from Siemens and Brewmaxx from ProLeit for

our Process Control Systems and Human Interface visua-

lization. As a special solution for small and medium sized

breweries we have also developed a custom-designed

Process Control System, based on WinCC. Recipes and

protocols are created and stored in Excel. This allows the

user to create or alter temperature curves or CIP pro-

grams, for example, anytime and without assistance.

Protocols in Excel ensure that the files can be worked

on and analyzed anywhere in the office environment wit-

hout compatibility issues.


Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology

KIESELMANN designs and manufactures systems

and units for the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology

Industries. Our portfolio covers a broad range, from

pressure vessels to flow plates and valve manifolds, to

units and compact plants. Completely customized and

individually designed to your specifications.

Our pharmaceutical systems are designed in 3D with the

goal of achieving the greatest product purity and effici-

ency, of course in adherence to the all valid norms and

guidelines.

Our Production employs the most up-to-date equipment

and tools, accompanied by testing procedures such as

x-ray, videoscopic cameras, detection of the δ-ferrite-

content and surface grade evaluation. Innovative ideas

and proven technology guarantee the highest quality

from the first design drawing to commissioning and far

beyond.
