Villagers are peace loving in nature .theyare of same tribe and more or less same inclass status.so there is very less prejudicesin village.Suppose any conflict takes place thenaffected parties go to village head, if theconflict not resolved they go to panchayat.Gond panchayat of 27 villages is held toresolve more serious issuesvery few cases are reported when villagerswent to police station located at Narnoor.
