● Liaise with principle customer/contractor, Prepare bund for transformer, locate, build up

cooler banks, pipe work & fans, cable running & cable dress, and prepare for test.

Alstom Grid (Areva T& D Engineering 2008-2012), my main responsibilities are:

● To Partake in the manufacturing of bespoke transformers for power stations & sub

stations worldwide

● Working from detailed plans & specifications

● Spanner work, manufacture/fabricate of bespoke parts mainly copper or insulation boards, copper termination (cable/ flexi leads/ solid).

● core plate laying, paper taping, the use of pendant cranes up to 80t, slinging assist to

heavy lift cranes up to 350ft, preparing the transformers for high voltage test then strip &

prepare for transportation. These are just a few of many of my responsibilities

Fujitsu Telecommunications Installation engineer (2006 – May 2008), my key responsibilities

were;

● The installation of main frame communication equipment in BT exchanges

● the integration of this equipment including different types of cable installation &

cable running
