Tender documents and tender schedr-rle may be downloaded free of cost from

the e-GP Website www.etenders.kerala.gor,.iu. A bid submission fee of Rs.2,950/-shall be remitted as online payment.

All bid/ tender documents are to be submitted online only and in the designatedcover(s)/envelope(s) on the e-GP website. Tenders/ bids shall be accepted onlythrough online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same

shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Tender conditions duly filled and signed, copy of valid RegistrationCertificate duly self attested, Original Preliminary Agreement, E-payment form duly

filled and EMD exemption Certificate (if any) shall be submitted online andsubsequently in a separate cover physically on or before 23.09.2020, 5PM. Moredetails on EMD & Cost of Tender documents/ bid submission fee are mentioned inthe tender notice.

State Warehousing Corporation, PB No. 1727,I(ochi-16 on 24S.2020 at 11.00 AMby the Executive Engineer in the presence

oi th. Bidders / their representatives who wish to attend at the above address. If thetender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other

valid ..uro.r, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day atsame time and place.

Online Tenders/ bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreementexecuted in I(erala stamp paper worth Rs.200/-. Tenders/ bids received onlineq,ithout the preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be summarilyrejected. Further details can be had from the NIT or Office of the Executive Engineer,Kerala State Warehousing Corporation during working hours.

A11 other existing conditions related to e-tendering of Kerala PWD will beapplicable in this tender also. The Kerala State Warehousing Corporation will not beresponsible for any error like missing of schedule data while downloading by theBidder.
