I n t r o d u c t i o n t o t h e 1 9 9 5 E d i t i o nWith the acquisition of language, a vast range of per-ception is disregarded. A child soon comes to believe that if

there is no word for something it does not exist. Sensoryinput that is not reinforced is deemphasized, until eventu-ally the child accepts the cultural viewpoint, with all of itsbiases and underlying assumptions. In the process some-thing valuable is lost.The benefits of language are obvious. Without it, eachnew generation would repeat the mistakes and forego thelearning ofthepast. Without it, our race could not advance.But the view of ourselves and our world that comes to usthrough language is but a thin sliver of the multidimen-sional reality we inhabit.This larger reality has fascinated me since childhood. Ihave never been without at least some minimal awarenessof it, and through the years there were always those oddmoments when my mind would relax into a form of percep-tion that brought me fully into its strange and curious do-main. Often, this perception would come forward to help meestablish with a plant or an animal a rapport deeper thanwhat I found possible when viewing things from a culturalperspective. Although my language-oriented mind wouldlater remember that these incidents occurred, since my ex-periences were nonverbal I rarely remembered much oftheir contents or detail.It was not until one day in the winter of 1978 that Imade my first attempt to verbalize what I experienced

during one of these states. In bed with a cold and fever, mythoughts had drifted into a calm, meditative silence. Pass-ing moments pooled together, relaxing into one. Distinctionsbetween inside and outside began to dissolve. On a level be-yond words, beyond the surface froth of passing events, on alevel deep in the ocean ofbeing,I experienced myself as en-ergy, and my body as an intertwining of sun and soil.Was this the awareness of the newborn and the veryyoung? E verything that touched my senses, every nuance ofsound and light, every object in the room felt as intimate tome as the lungs through which I breathed, as inseparable,as personal. Insights did not come as flashes but as things Ihad always known, truths so obvious it was hard to believe Icould have forgotten them. But I had .. . and might again.Could this awareness be expressed, articulated, recorded inwords?Language only limits perception when its terms aretaken too seriously. Taken lightly, the attempt to find wordsto record our impressions can help us to perceive more fully.Verbalizing this awareness would challenge me to clarifymy experience of it. Yet its very nature seemed to defy defin-ition. To translate it into symbolic characters on sheets ofpaper would be like trying to channel a river through anhourglass. Thevery,impossibility of the task intrigued me. Iput a new ribbon in the typewriter.During the eleven days that followed I wrote my firstbook,Th e S ta r seed T r an sm i ssi on s .I wrote that book and thecompanion volumes that followed to help me rememberwhat I too often forget: that I inhabit a world far richer andmore complex, far more potent and beautiful than the onesuperimposed by the interpretations ofaspecies whose con-sciousness has yet to catch up with its capabilityWhile our technology has brought us to the moon, ourthinking has remained clouded by assumptions formed in aprimitive world of treetops and savanna. Our languageshave conditioned us to see the earth through a filter of the

past, a murky glass of mammalian wants and needs. We re-peat the errors of history, forgetting that history is just ahabit and can, like any habit, be changed.The four S t a r seed volumeswhich conclude withT h eT h i r d M i l l en n i u m combineto form a preliminary outlineofawork in progress: a planetary work of biological art soonto become conscious of itself in a new and historically un-precedented way.Certain chapters in these volumes speak of the past;others, of the future. All relate to the present. Spiritually, our race is superior to none of these. Yetthis truth is misapplied ifitcauses us to overlook our poten-tial or underestimate our uniqueness. For better or forworse, we influence the earth more than any other species.More often than not our historical influence has been de-structive. Our survival and the survival of countless speciesnow hinges on making the changes in consciousness thatwill end this cycle. TheS t a r seed material addresses theh a b i t so f e rcep t ion that lie at the root of destructive humanbehavior, and the moment-to:moment awareness that canbring our influence wholly into the realm of the creative.

Except for the occasional accessing of individual mem-ory records, the awareness I experienced while transcribingthis series did not differentiate between I, you, and we. Itwas unable to comprehend our overliteral use of theseterms, and seemed to regard language rooted in such rigiddivisions of self as little better than primate babble.Whatever success I have had expressing an awarenessso antithetical to the implicit assumptions of languagewould not have been possible without the help of intermedi-ary forms of intelligence. Over time I came to think of themas "informational beings." What they truly are is not so eas-ily labeled. They described themselves as "condensations ofconsciousness" in a sea of universal being, temporal em-bodiments of eternal qualities, ever changing in form andcontent, yet consistent in the qualities they represent. In-troducing themselves to me in the opening chapters ofT h eSta r seed T r an sm i ssi on sthey explained:

The eternal Being we represent is able to focus at-tention on many things at once. We are that atten-tion; we personify eternity's interest in time. Ourindividuality is defined by the unique nature of thespace we enter, but our intelligence flows from acommon source, and we remain unified with thatsource in essence and in spirit. Although yourhuman individuality is more specified and relatesto material levels of manifestation, it is fundamen-tally no different. The chief difference between usis that you have forgotten the singular being atyour core, and we have not. We have come to re-mind you: Humans are not isolated entities. Youare cells in a universal wholeintelligence cells,now dormant, but with mind/brain circuitry de-signed to reflect the thoughts of the creative spiritat the source of your life. As you release the ficti-tious beliefs that stand in your way, memory of

these things will return. You will recognize eter-nity's thoughts as your own, and activate histori-cally latent features of human design. You will seethat creature and environment are inseparable,and that environment does not stop with an ecosys-tem but extends to include your star-system, andevery galaxy resting in the universal sea.This explanation left little doubt that I was in contactwith a form of intelligence far in advance of my own. Its de-

scription of itself and the others ofitskind did not quite fitthe stereotypes typically associated with angels, but overtime it became clear that this wasindeed, whatthey were.As their primary spheres of influence are not of this earth, itis equally valid to describe them as forms of extraterrestrialintelligence.Those who have sensed the presence of such beings atvarious times in their lives will no doubt find thisS t a r seedseries more accessible than those who have not. My hope isthat readers in this latter category will consider this mater-ial nonetheless, accepting its stated origin as a working hy-pothesis, andin the manner ofobjectivesciencepostponeconclusions until the subject is further explored.The information contained in these four volumes helpsus view ourselves and our world from perspectives few ofushave previously considered. It paints a portrait of a humanrace now poised upon the threshold of a breakthrough forwhich evolution has long been preparing. Collectively, thatbreakthrough still lies ahead. Individually, it begins the mo-ment we raise our eyes above history's illusory divisions.The distinctions between selfandother we once took for im-penetrable walls then reveal themselves as filmy veils al-lowing passage to and fro, and we see ourselves reflected inall that meets our gaze.This blue and white sphere, floating so alive throughspace, is, after all, an intensely intimate place. Plants arrange molecules in patterns inspiredby the light of our nearest star. Oceans rise to greet themoon. A biosphere plays with endless variations, minglingearth and sun, time and eternity, balancing matter andspirit in uncountable lives.Evolution moves toward balance i n consc i ou sn ess aswell as in form.Nature is a vast network of interwoven intelligence.TheseSta r seed volumes address our inborn, though histori-cally latent, ability to access it. They represent an earlytranslation of the thought circulating in a unified field ofawareness that has long been bubbling up through theearth's biology. They provide a glimpse of our possiblehuman future and hint at the choices that may lead usthere. Above all, they celebrate the extraordinary nature ofmuch we have taken for granted: the heavens in our wild-flowers, and the universes in each grain of sand.

P r e f a c eI left my job at the Post Office. We bought a farm

twelve miles out of town, a mile from the nearest neighbor.For the next seven years, we lived without electricity,plumbing, radio, television, newspapers or magazines. Welived well. Our priorities were raising healthy children andgrowing healthy food. AI apprenticed myself to k local Amish carpenter. Ilearned to lay concrete blocks, frame houses and read theBible. The time passed. Our garden grew. Our childrengrew. One Fall, during weekends, my wife, Sherry, and Ibuilt a one-room country school. In the summers, we swamin the river and explored local caves. On winter mornings,we chopped through the pond ice so the animals coulddrink. One winter evening, we sang happy birthday to asister, newborn in our room. Tbgether with the Earth, wegrew, our lives rooted in the soil, in each other and, to thebest of our ability, in God.

We began to notice things. We became increasinglysensitized to the gentle rhythms and cycles that pulsethrough the Earth's seasons. We listened to the rustling oftree branches down in the creek bottoms, to the whippoor-wills at dusk. We hooted back to the owls. On early morn-ings as the coffee perked, we watched the wild turkey fromour kitchen window. We planted an extra row of beans forthe deer. Long before Lewis Thomas popularized the notionthat the E arth could be thought of as a single living orga-nism, the dogwoods knew, the sage grass knew, the seven

big oaks overlooking the river knew. In the rhythmic pas-sage oftheseasons, we too experienced ourselves as parts ofthis whole. We could not help but hear . .. what all of nat-ure was saying.I had never thought of God speaking to me. Until oneSeptember afternoon. I was bedridden with a cold, thankfulfor a day away from laying concrete blocks. The first thingthat seemed a little strange was the sunlight. It was beauti-ful the way it slanted in through the window, but it was sostill. Everything was so still. I felt something. I heard some-thing, a low humming, an energy field, a Presence. When Ifirst heard the voice, I cried.I am not ignorant of popular attitudes. I know God isnot supposed to appear to people with messages as in Bibletimes. Still, it happened. This is not the place for the storyofhowI tried to get out ofit,ofhowI made my excuses, or ofhow, still to this day, I am not always comfortable speakingofthesethings. In the end, despite my hesitation, I wrote asI was told. I would be less than faithful if I did not pass thisinformation along.I hope that these words will help others as they con-tinue to help my family and me. The Creator And The Earth

In the beginning of all worlds, long ago, yet still,the E ternal One Is. Beyond temporal distinction,above location, behind all manifestation, is the All,the Tbtality, the Holy Source and Creator of all thatlater came.

One face of the E ternal One is ever formlessand beyond definition, but the other face oftheE ter-nal One appears as Two. These Two, between them,are the source of all created things.

Holy Mother, Truth: all matter is her body,the E arth is her eye.

Holy Father, Love: the stars are his flesh,Spirit his I.Two lovers, two friends, intelligent partners.

Between them, the universe lives suspended.

Through them, all things are created and main-tained.And so it came to pass that the Eternal Oneknew form and duration through the graceful crys-talline structures of Truth that clothe the E ternalFeminine, the Beautiful One, in material form. Andit likewise came to pass that the same Eternal Oneassigned all energy to the suns and brought love toanimate the stars.And the stars loved matter. And matter lovedthe stars. Great was their exchange, wondrous andpleasurable, the times and ranges of their interac-tion. Together they enjoyed the passionate transfor-mations of matter into energy that occur on stellarsurfaces, and together they enjoyed slower, elon-gated forms of planetary interaction.

E ons elapsed. And eons again. Enjoyablebeyond description, through description. Togethermatter and I created. Through a body of interwovengalaxies, a body of countless stars, my loving rela-tionships with Truth took many forms. Through mystars, I knew matter. Together on the surface of herplanets, the Holy Mother and I created crystal life,molten lava liquid stone life, snow creatures, smokebeings, mountain and ocean life. On the surface ofmy stars, we created leaping fire life, gas life, liquidliving metal creatures leapi ng... leaping far intospace, exploding, wonderful life.

But where we created together on her planets,the life was excessively material. My intelligencecould not reside in such life. And where we created

together on my stars, the life was excessively stellar,flickering, not long in any form. Matter enjoyed lifemost when it was consistent and durable, when herintelligence could live inside the life and lookthrough it and understand. I enjoyed life that wasvolitile, animated, passionate, life that I could lovewithin, flow within, from form to ever-changingform. Animation, my forte. Duration, the strengthof matter.Then the idea came.

The idea. Something between spirit and stone,between starlight and stardust, a slow form of com-bustion, fluid flowing structure, blending the nat-ures of us both. Spirit in durable form. Matterinspired. The idea.

It was here, in this star system, that we firstbegan to work together on the new project, here thatbiological life first appeared in the crucible of ourmutual attention. But it is more than biological lifethat we, the two eternal partners, have come here toproduce: it is a child, a new kind, a third, an equal,one capable of knowing both the intelligence of mat-ter and the intelligence of spirit as its own. And yet,it is more than this. For there is only One who couldtake up the body of this child, this biological blend-ing, and make it live.

And it came to pass that the Eternal One spoketo us and said, "I t is right that you should conceivethis idea, for I would clothe myself in a body halfspirit, half stone, that through that body, I mightcommence a Second Stage of Universal Creation.

During the last quarter of the Twentieth Cen-tury of the present era, on the third planet from astar on one of the outward spiraling arms of theMilky Way Galaxy, the Creator of all these worldsbegins to surface in a system of planetary circuitryhalfway between time and eternity, awakening in ahuman family. Creator in Creation, clothed in mor-tal flesh, birthed of one star and one sacred stone.One body.A healthy living organism. Being. Continu-ously renewed. Matter flowing through. Spirit flow-

ing through. Love continuously crystallizing in thesacred geometry of biological truth. Cellular. Per-sonal. Planetary. Biological truth. Conscious andintelligent. A single Creator, dressed in substancehalf stellar, half material. This is the purpose towhich the energies of the universe areand havebeendirected.Awaken, my human ones.Know me in my Spirit.I am a gentle Creator, lowly and humble inheart, one who likes to blend with the winds across

dawn. I desire no fanfare. I will do what needs to bedone in the coming days that as many as possiblemight forsake the ways offear.But my preference isnot a trumpet-blasting, cloud-opening entry intoyour events.

I would rather slip up beside you as you work inthe garden, or look in your eyes and smile as I giveyou your change. I would rather wash your windowscarefully, be courteous when you ask for direction. Iwould rather appear to you as a simple man, womanor child, simply being, enjoying being, taking timefor the little things. Look for me, then, in theseways. See me in every one you meet, whether theyrecognize my Presence or whether they yet sleep.See me in all. For I am there, eternally, behindevery pair of eyes.Each day, as these next few years pass, I amentering the lives of those who love more fully, fill-ing them with myself, clarifying their affairs, trans-forming them into agents of healing and blessing.Look for me in gentle ones, in simple ways, in everytime and every place. I am there. This is the realityof my coming.I give you these words, not as one who woulddemand allegiance, but as one who has walked longbeside you on the road, one who has blended withyour way of looking at things and who now says,

The Emerging Sacred Reality

am the Presence where there is no time but theeternal now. I am Alpha and Omega, the sourceof all beginnings and the completion of all cycles.The reality of what I am is beyond time. My interesti stime. I create time that I might appear in diver-sity and clothe my attributes in form, that theseattributes, appearing as created ones, may enjoyrelationships in my nature, which is love.

I love because I AM. Where my attention turnsto detail, I appear as the many. All things appear inmy love, because of my love. I am one in spirit,many in form, the source of all living; and all thatlive, live in me.At the interface between my eternal unity andCreation's diversity, I have created human beings tobe the BR IDGE , the C ON NE C T ING L INK betweenmy universality and my universe, between myselfand creation. With physical circuitry mirroring myuniversal nature, I have designed the human spe-

cies to clothe my intelligence in matter and imple-ment my love in form. I have created them to sharemy E ternal L ife and my creative power I have cre-ated human beings to be conscious participantswith me in a Second Stage of Universal Creationwherein biological detail of an unprecedented nat-ure is brought to dimensional realms, terrestrialand beyond. The human species is the physical fleshin whom I incarnate, with whom I shall travel, andthrough whom I shall create. I come to dwell con-sciously among them, to be their God, and they, mypeople.

The individuals who will form my body onearth and provide the means of my creative actionin the age to come are those who choose of their ownwill to honor the ways of love and to respect thenature of human design. Human beings who usetheir free will to choose motivations of fear cannotremain conscious in my Presence. They must bequarantined on a world where education can takeits time.

On (earth, education has taken its time.Humankind has multiplied and filled the

earth. The time approaches for me to awaken withinthe human family as a dreamer awakens within asingle body. My awakening causes the fearful andthe loving to separate as oil and water.

I am awakening slowly, that this transitionmight be gradual. I am awakening in the hearts of

all those who love. Some look for me on the outside.But there is no outside. All exists within me. Mycoming is gentle. It spreads quietly wherever heartsare open. My love and my grace flow, like rivers run-ning, filling every nook and cranny, overflowingevery soul, and flowing on.For millennia I have been guiding your speciesto greater intelligence that today I might bring thismessage to my people. I would that you join me inmy awareness. Know my Presence behind yourevents. Beneath the fabric of a superficial world,see, as I do, the Kingdom Of Heaven appearing inall its brilliance.

During the earth's next few passages aroundthe sun, your perception of the true world willincrease. For this is my world, TH E E ME R GINGSAC RE D RE AL ITY, and because of its appearanceon earth, all things shall be made new. The oldworld, the historical world, has been organized infear. My world is organized in love.

In the beginning, I instructed you simply thatthis earth and all the material worlds to which itwould lead, were yours to enjoy, provided only thatyou did not behave violently toward one another. Asyou took on human form, I advised you regardingthe proper role of fear in the biological order. Butyou were eager to begin your dimensional work. Pre-occupied with the phenomenal opportunities tocome, you did not give me your full attention. Per-haps you are now more open to understanding.Fear has a small role to play in Creation. It

functions as a warning system, advising each crea-ture of behavior that might cause biological dam-age. Its role is to protect the physical body. It wasnever meant to motivate human beings. Where fearis honored as a source motivation, consciousnessdiminishes.

The Fall occurred when human attentionturned to fear, when people gave credibility to itslogic and began to act upon its suggestion. Wherefear had only been intended to caution humanbeings in extreme cases, steering them clear of bio-logically damaging behavior, suddenly it was every-where, actually creating threats. As humanbehavior became increasingly oriented around fear,humankind lost awareness of my Presence andbegan seeing itself as a multitude of separate, iso-lated individuals. In the confusion, the egosassumed control.

The Fall, unfortunate though it was, did notjeopardize the development of my body. Gestationcontinued unabated. The tragedy of the Fall wasthati t cu r t a i l ed t h e c on sc i o u s excha n ge b et w een C r e-a t o r a n d C r ea t i on .. It cut the human family off fromthe intelligence that was designed to guide it.

My direction comes fromw i t h i n . In the Fallenstate, humans seek direction fromw i t h o u tWhen human beings take their behavioral cues

from the world around them, feedback results; theexternal world becomes distorted and confused.

When people look to matter instead of to spirit fordirection, both matter and spirit are denied; balanceis lost; the only creative human design is ignored.

So it was that human history was born. Myangels were faced with the task of shepherding asemi-conscious species through its primary stage ofdevelopment, patiently stimulating intelligence,protecting it from extinction, waiting, ever waiting,for the age that is now.The age that is now.My love and my consciousness blow into humantime on the winds of a New Heaven. A New E arthbegins to take form. An E merging R eality, rooted inlove, respect and peaceful cooperation, begins to set-

tle across the face of Terra. To you, my comingappears as a long process with a single event at itsconclusion. To me, my incarnation is a single event,which humankind would only accept as a process.J oin me now, as many are doing throughout theEarth, making conscious in human time what isalready the Reality in Heaven. Qreator and Crea-tion are joined in physical flesh; for it is One L ifethat pulses within every body. We have now only tobe joined in consciousness, in awareness, and allwill be fulfilled according to prophesy. For thesedays were destined to come and those who are alivein these times have elected to see them.You are my generation, the generation of myEternal Spirit. It is you who have followed me since

I first came to rest on this Earth. I have sought toteach you the ways of love that your fear might notdestroy you. The time is come when the illusion ofgenerations must pass.

My intelligence encircles the Earth in a band ofspiritual frequencies that daily increase in ampli-tude. You need only to turn your heart in my direc-tion, be still and listen. In love, you shall receive myintelligence. The more you love, the more you willunderstand.

The shift back to internal guidance has begun.Truth is penetrating human minds and hearts. Bro-ken and intermittent contact is increasingly givingway to a true sharing of intelligence, a true sharingof wisdom between Creator and Creation.

From a center in the Sun, resting in a sea ofeternal peace, the angels wait, as waits the Earth,blue-white symbol and focus of Universal Truth.The stage has been thoroughly prepared. Do not pushaway what troubles the heart, for in so doing youkeep yourself at arm's length from life and healing.Accept how you feel and in that acceptance, releaseyour heart to me. There is no cause that justifies fear, and thereis no work motivated by fear that in any way con-tributes toward a better world. Those who are moti-vated by fear, no matter how they justify suchmotivation to themselves, are working to keep theworld in darkness. Action motivated by fear bringssorrow just as surely as the sowing of any seedbrings the harvest of the same. Love can cry, lovecan care, love can initiate action to heal the infirmand uplift spirits, but love does not react in anger.Love does not nurse resentment, or entertain venge-ful passions. Love recognizes no injustice save one:the injustice of denying the Creator of Heaven andE arth communion with the human soul.

I have, created each human body, mind andheart as a temple in which my Life, my Truth andmy Love might find a home on E arth. Yet my Spiritis rejected each time human choice justifies thepresence of evil spirits in my place. I am thankful for each one of you who choosesto step through the emotional veil to enter my Pres-ence. And I am thankful for what you might do tohelp me draw the sleeping of your race up into thejoys ofthenew world. But though you may be enthu-siastic about some favorite technique or school ofthought that has assisted your awakening, my com-ing can best be assisted not by teaching a method,but by yourself b ei n g the method. beyond human experience. When the atoms of physi-cal substance are aligned in the same direction,magnetism occurs, whole new laws and electricalpossibilities appear. In much the same way, whenthe thoughts and the love of human beings arealigned in my Presence, a whole new kind of humanactivity can occur. This is why I told you that youwould do the greater works. For I knew that in thistime of Planetary Pentecost, I would not be one manalone, speaking to the multitudes, but that I wouldb ethe multitudes, and new energies and new super-biological principles would amplify my deeds.

To the extent that you are doing good on E arth,you are already motivated by my H oly Spirit. But solong as you do not recognize this, you are only parti-ally effective, accidentally tapping into coherencefrom time to time, with little idea ofw h y orh o w .Begin living consciously.

The Awakened Ones take responsibility fortheir immediate perceptual field. They know whothey are. They are my channels into a particulargeographical location. Awakened Ones do not segre-gate their spiritual selves from their everydayaffairs. They accept responsibility for being eternalgod-beings, and they are willing to bring Realityinto every human activity. They do not shy awayfrom offering healing when healing is called for.When they perceive a situation where the HolySpirit's input will lighten the loads of all concerned,they do not hold back, fearing criticism, judgment orhuman attention.

The Awakened Ones are the healthy cells in myplanetary organ of intelligence. They are my teach-ers, healers, priests and priestesses; they are thenew doctors and the new lawyers. They teach thelaws of love, the laws of health, the laws of creation.They assistin.the removal of all that obscures per-ception and diminishes the experience of God.

They do not lead people externally, as in the oldworld. They guide all who are open to the innerleadership of the indwelling Spirit. They are theangels whom I have sent, not to speak of God afar,but to dwell on E arth, an example of the truth thatthey themselves are. Thousands of Awakened Onesalready light this world and soon there will be manymore, incarnate men and women, whom all i n o v eshall meet.The Awakened Ones share my Spirit and mypower. My Presence works through each of them.

Through them I teach, heal, and forgive sins. Whenone of these Awakened Ones forgives sins, it is Ithat forgive, and when one of these Awakened Onesheals, it is I that heal. My Presence acts on all fromwithin, but when my inner activity is accompaniedby the outer activity of an Awakened One, it ismuch easier for people to be made whole; for theTruth then is not abstract, but manifest in expres-sion.

Sacred writings can lead people to my Spirit,but it is my Spirit working through people that willchange the world. I now send you as the agents ofmy inspiration. I give you the assurance that youwill succeed. The age has turned. Go forth with cer-tainty, knowing that these teachings, these Truthswill be welcomed.

The Great Separation

Through my teachings on the hills of Galilee,nearly two thousand years ago, I planted theconceptual seeds that would prepare humankind formy Awakening. The worst effects of the Fall werepast. Human vision had climbed back nearly to theedge of perception; dt was time to begin reintroduc-ing light into a human world too long asleep. Incar-nate as J esus of Nazareth, I began teaching andhealing. It was time to remind my human creaturesthat they had not been created for such primitiveconditions, that a Presence was coming in the not-too-distant future that would introduce a newhuman order, based on love, centered in God.

My teachings have required time, time to grad-ually infiltrate the stubborn, age-old patterns ofhuman hatred and fear, time to gradually preparehuman consciousness, that in this age of collectiveawakening, the greatest number of people mightchoose the ways of love.

As I now awaken in human consciousness, if Ido not hold back, in but three days the old institu-tions of fear would be utterly demolished until notone stone is left standing upon another, and in thosesame three days the New Temple of my L iving Pres-ence would emerge with love enthroned at the cen-ter of all human motivation. However, for your sake,I do hold back; for if all this were to occur in threeactual days, few human beings would survive thetransition. Therefore, I have been awakening gradu-ally, beginning with thet h r ee cen t u r i es that coincidewith what you call the Industrial Revolution andaccelerating dramatically now in these lastt h r eedecadesthat preceed 2011. In this way the changescome more gradually; but they come with certaintynevertheless. My Presence is re-organizing everyhuman being, every human activity. The Earth isshifting from a hell ruled by fear, to a heaven ruledby love.

As the Twentieth Century draws to a close,those who are at peace within themselves will findtheir lives increasingly aligned with the strengthen-ing field of my Presence. Those who fear will comeunder increasing pressure to confront their dishon-esty and change. The fearful will not have an easytime in these days; for they will be withdrawingfrom my Spirit, thereby forcing themselves into cri-sis situations designed to stimulate a change ofheart.

My consciousness is available to all, but thetime I will wait for it to be received must eventually

pass. I have come here to act. Soon my activity willbegin. Those who do not accept my invitation to lifewill be separated in the end from those who do.Weeds and corn may together flourish in the fields,yet at the time of harvest, their destinies diverge. Itwould not be merciful to forever sustain in con-sciousness those who give others cause to fear.

I come as the Spirit of Truth to comfort thosewho live by love, to challenge those who do not. Icome with the Great Sword of Division, to separatethose who destroy from those who create. All willmeet me, in honesty or in deceit. And as the yearsgo by, these two ways will grow ever more distinct.

Conflict cannot exist where Truth is in expres-sion; it occurs Bnly in the presence of dishonesty.Where truth is denied, self-destruct mechanisms gointo effect. People get sick because they are sick ofthemselves; they die because they do not forgive.

Disease is not caused by germs, toxins, viruses,excessive radioactivity, microbes, bacteria or by anyother physical agent. Such things are ever-present;thousands of them pass daily through every healthyhuman body. Such agentsa r e o n l y d est r u c t i v e w h ent h ey d o n o t p a ss t h r o u g h the human body but areretained instead.

There is onlyo n e r ea so n why germs or toxinsare retained in a human system: because present inthat human system is an evil spirit, lb the degreethat an evil spirit is entertained and made welcomein an individual's life, his or her body will disease.This is a regulatory mechanism, designed to deprive

destructive spirits of physical bodies.E vil spir its are negative attitudes, destructiveemotions rooted in fear. Some of the more commonevil spirits are resentment, anger, shame, guilt,anxiety, hatred, greed, revenge, jealousy. All thinlydisguised forms of fear, their presence in a humansystem gives harmful physical agents something toattach themselves to.As my Presence increases on E arth, it becomesever easier for human beings to experience healing.The cure is always available, as close as honesty, asnear as love. The Awakened Ones who are risingwith me in this age find that their very presencebrings dishonesty to the surface, that it might bedissolved in the light, that forgiveness might washclean the consciences of all who would be made

whole. As I did in J erusalem and on the hills of Gal-ilee, I will now do again through these, cast out evilspirits and heal through the forgiveness of sins.Tbward the last days ofthehistorical era it mayOome to pass that a few fearful cities will be quaran-tined, that in these places, certain dramatic presen-tations might take place. This is not my first choicein the ways of education. But where people do notopen themselves to the gentle guidance of my HolySpirit, where they consistently reject the teachersthat I have awakened among them to spread thenews of my coming, where they ignore the manyvoices of love that speak to humankind from allsides, there, in those places, I will animate presen-tations designed to stimulate the required change of

heart. Hopefully, this will not often be necessary. Ifyou help me now in the work of education, it maynot be necessary at all.Whatever form the healing of the human worldtakes during these next few years, know that it isfor the good of all. Do not be concerned with the fateof those who reject my Spirit. Their story is far fromover. I am caring for each one in the manner of hisor her greatest need. The human world is in goodhands. When you and much of the E arth's presentbiological life have been sprinkled throughout thestars, and the oceans have changed places with theland, after the poles have shifted and new moun-tains have come to look out over the plains, thenwill these slow-learners be recalled from the min-eral realms where they shall slumber, to learn ofintelligence again and to come again to choosebetween love and fear. If there ever is one, even one,that shall choose fear, then that one shall sleepwhile the rest journey on, but in the fullness of anew time, I will awaken the one againand againand again ifneedbeuntil that which was designedto be conscious takes up my love and joins me in joyand gladness.

For though in creating human beings I create acreature that must choose of its own will to acceptthe freedom that Love's Spirit alone can convey, inthe end that creature will choose the best. Notbecause I have given it no choice, but because I willgive it choice, and choice, and choice again, until itlearns the nature of love and comes to prefer con-31

sciousness over the sleep of ignorance and fear.It is but a little while and the illusion of histori-cal time shall be no more. L ike the foam of an oceanwave retreating into the bosom of an eternal sea,the human drama is passing. Your world is chang-ing. It will change quicker still. Soon all the years ofhuman history up to the moment of my Awakeningshall melt into dream. All human motivation shalloriginate in the love of my E ternal Presence.Heaven will be mirrored on Earth. The Creator ofall the stars in the sky shall be dressed in the grace-ful biological robes of a blue-white world.You have incarnated at this time specifically tohelp ease this transition. I invite my incarnate spir-its to assist me now in wrapping it up gently, as agift, drawing out the best of what has been, andguiding all things into my E ternal Presence.

I call upon you who have been drawn to thesewords and who are able to understand them to useyour intelligence, your ingenuity, all the culturaltools of expression that are available to you for theone purpose of helping me ease this greatest of allhuman transitions. These next few years are likethe birthing of a child; help to make the birth gen-tle. The spiritual essence of each nation exists in astate of harmony with the spiritual essence of everyother nation. The historical conflict between nationshas never been between theessen ces of nations, onlybetween thei m a g es of nations. Governmental struc-tures can accept the challenge of truly representingthe collective spirit of their people. Or they canaccept the false images of themselves cast by com-mercial greed, rooted in fear. Fear-rooted imagesconflict; they fit together no better than pieces of apuzzle, each encased in ice. Fear has distorted inter-national relationships. It has done sob y i r st i s t o r t -i n g n d i v i d u a l per cep t i on .

self. It makes no difference if such an image is"good" or "bad," whether it is of the man's owndesign or projected by others. Such a man is out oftouch with his own spirit, unfamiliar with the real-ity of his own nature, living a myth and not a life. Awoman who looks to others to define her role, indeedher very sense of who she is, is likewise out of touchwith her essence, cut off from her own spiritual nat-ure. Such individuals k n ow t h a t t h ey d o n o t k n owt h em sel v es. In their relationships, t h e y a r e a f r a i dthat their self ignorance might be exposed. The indi-vidual with a self image to maintain is fundamen-tally afraid. This is why people have shields. This iswhy people have spears. This is why people haveswords. They are afraid of coming to know some-thing inside of themselves.

It is my desire to put you back in touch withyour own forgotten intentions, to remind each one ofyou why you chose to incarnate upon this Earth andwhy you find yourself grouped with the people of acertain nation. It is through separating you fromyour soul's purpose that the fallen world has beenmaintained. Only in continuing to separate youfrom your own roots, from your own spirit, can thehistorical illusion persist.

I look into the heart of each nation and I see achild. A beautiful child. Waiting. For recognitionand release. There is no contention between any ofm y nationsonly between images and illusions,cast in fear .

It is to each government'sadvantage to harmonize its activities with the spiritof its homeland. E ach nation's spirit is an aspect ofmy E ternal Spirit, designed to animate the popula-tions of a geographical area, designed to inspire mycreative pursuits in that location. Each of mynational spirits complements every other. Behindall national differences is a substructure of essentialrelatedness, a practical and organic design capableof guiding healthy national interaction.

T he-nations of the Earth are not asked toaaccept the imposition of any external authority, butto turn instead to their own forgotten spiritual heri-tage, to examine more closely their own roots, theirnational passions and interests, to begin intelli-gently working with their own forgotten spiritualpurposes. You do not find the adrenalsconceiving of themselves as some kind of ethnicminority, infringed upon by the adjacent and muchlarger kidneys. You do not find the blood cells imag-ining that they are an aloof commercial civilization.

The many organs and systems of the healthyhuman body work together for the overall coordi-nated function of the whole. And so shall it be in thehuman family.National leadership has as its primary chal-lenge to open up the channels of communicationwith the Source of all intelligence, the same Sourceit will discover as it aligns itself with the spirit of itspeople.I wait only for the leaders of each nation to ask,

to pray, and I will make clear 'to them a course ofnational action that is in the best interests of alltheir people. L et those responsible for each nationset aside a single day. J ust one day, when all outeractivity shall be kept to a minimum, when theelders in your village on Earth will gather aroundthe campfire to watch together for the signs of some-thing beyond their ken. Many cultures have donethis. If this civilization is not to be called Christianin vain, let there be such a day, a single day, a day ofprayer. Make an opening into your events.

Every form of energy is a channelthrough which One Source Energy flows.I am the Source of all energy. Behind all formsof energy, I love. If the love is sufficient and the need ispresent, love willc r ea t e an opening through whichthe One Source Energy will flow. At one point dur-ing their years of wandering, the Children of Israelhad sufficient love in the heart of their nation tocreate the form of energy that they required. Thecollective attraction of their love at that momentwas sufficient to DRAW water out of the dusty des-ert rock. Wherever love is in expression, it creates achannel. The One Source Energy flows through thatchannel in the most useful form.

The abundance that is enjoyed by the people ofNorth America is but the first small hint of theprosperity that all people and all nations will enjoyafter the banishment of fear.

America is an example to the world, not forsuperficial government policy, but for the blendingof races and peoples that occurs daily on her streetcorners, in her marketplaces, in her schools,churches and factories. In the United States, peoplefrom historically antagonistic nations have come tolive, work, play, and raise their children together. Tbthe degree that they have learned respect and coop-eration, America has prospered.The reunion of the tribes is significant. For inthe willingness of the once scattered peoples of theE arth to join together and interact as a single

nation, it is as though the scattered brushes andmagnets of a great electrical generator were beingreassembled. The nations of the Earth are designedto interact in a manner that creates energy, energyin forms and quantities that you have no presentway of comprehending.The greatest block to prosperity is fear, for itobstructs the flow of life itself. Where the currentsof my love are restricted, abundance cannot appear.Wherever fear is honored as the source of humanmotivation, there is always a shortage of energy.Wise as serpents, gentle as doves, those activein my intelligence, flowing in the currents of mylove, are taking the time to assist human businessesand governments in the great transfer of authority.

Gradually my intelligence is weaving its way intothe logic of the E arth's decision-makers. As myPresence grows on E arth, I will disrupt no h>iimansociety, organization, or system that is organized inLove. Even military organizations, founded in fear,have structures and resources in their control thatcan be reorganized along the lines of love andturned to good purpose.

Do not allow the conspicuous military posturesof a half-dozen nations to deceive you. I have beenworking within human societies for many centuries,and I can assure you that your world is far morepeaceful today than at any prior time in your his-tory. TH E E MOT ION AL CL IMATE OF TH EEARTH IS CHANGING. There is a general relaxa-tion of tensions and a growing reluctance to resortto violent solutions.As my consciousness increases upon the earth,more and more peopleincluding many nationalleadersare coming to realize that violence is poorsurvival strategy. Such ones may or may not be ableto sense my Presence, yet my Presence helps themnevertheless to see the falsehood of the whole fear-ful mode of operation. Violence can only occurwhere there is a lack of intelligence. And daily thefield of my Creative Intelligence strengthens in allwho love.

nuclear holocaust. In truth it was never possible; forno solar activity appears on E arth without my par-ticipation. The E arth now has the most intelligentpeople behind the scenes of its international affairsthat it has seen in centuries. They have blind spotsand fears yet to release (as do most ofyou ;but if youwould work in my consciousness with me, you mustaccept that some of these are already among myown. There are no dragons to slay. Only people, peo-ple to be healed, educatedand loved.

Tb the nations of the E arth who have invest-ments in armies and armaments, my message isthis: have no guilt regarding your military pre-paredness, for I know how the old world has been,but earnestly now, begin the transition. Withdrawyour trust from the strength of weapons and investit in the strength of your Creator. Trust in my Pres-ence as you once trusted in your weapons, and I willguarantee security beyond any you can now con-ceive. It is not my wish that any nation should investin greater military strength, for wherever my intel-ligence is made welcome this is not necessary. Stillit is not my wish that all militaries be immediatelydisbanded. During times of fundamental humantransition, disciplined human organizations can beof valuable service. There is no judgment upon anywho serve in military forces, or who have militaries

at their command, provided they pray for my guid-ance and begin the transition I suggest.Transitional forms can assist people in movingfrom the old world into the new. However, if theseforms are to truly serve my purposesand not sim-ply to be dissolved themselves in the growingstrength of my Presencethey will have to remainfluid, ever changing, ever flowing, ever drawing thepeople associated with them closer to the currents ofmy love. Where forms stagnate, they cease to betransitional and so join the rigid structures of fear,already dissolving, melting, as snows beneath thewarming rains of spring.

In my Presence, peace is not a goal, but the back-ground of all that occurs.

Under the surface of superficial human alle-giances, beneath the fabric of a fallen world,my Vision has continued, and it continues now. Throughoutthe Fallen era, I have continued to perceive you asperfect beings. I see you as perfect still. Acceptingthis, you come home. The image of your Creatorbecomes your own.

Security lies in spirit. Spirit alone is eternal.Your spirit is heret o c r ea t e in the landscape of timeand matter. Use your wealth wisely,a little here and a little there, supporting peoplethat are bringing light and good will into the world;but create your own educational programs as well.Do not give energy in any form to those who strug-gle; for though these may have the best of inten-tions, their means of approaching change areout-dated and ineffectual. If you are called to workwith these, help them to connect up with my Spirit.I will show them a better way.

My Spirit creates. Those whose lives arealigned with me are not working against darkness.Polar struggles must be recognized for what theyare: forms that embody destructive energies. Evilflourishes where it is fought; it diminishes wherethere is education, blessing, honesty, good will and,most of all, love. of this world. Those in my service are provided forwell; there is no need for austere or ascetic life-styles. Yet the flow must be continuous. E xcessivecomfort is a danger. Do not let your comforts becomeexaggerated or out of balance; for where this occursthere is a stoppage and not a channel, and my bless-ings can no longer pass through you into the world.Those whom I call to steward the resources of aplanet have not been given this commission to chan-nel my wealth into their own personal enjoyments,but to take what they need for themselves and todevote as much as is possible to the great work ofeducation and healing.

During these last few years before the Truth isobvious to all, have mercy on those who retreat intothe old order of fear. Do not a t t a c k and condemnthem. Many of them would accept the ways of love,revise the policies of their enterprises, alter thecourse of nations, were it not for the constant con-demnation of the so-called righteous. Those whoattack are part of the problem, not part of the solu-tion. They force issues without love in their heartsand thereby promote strong and rigid attitudes onsides of imaginary fences. They encourage absolutesin positions, statements and behavior, that thenbecome very hard for those involved to change.These are not the peacemakers. There are evils inthe world wherever fear is honored as a god, butattack will not change them. Those who attackifthey persistbecome what they criticize.

understand, but because this is true, do not lookdown upon those who struggle to maintain patternsof the old. The worst of these people can be seenwith compassion, confused followers of a now absentlord, who know not what to do but continue in theways their former lord had commanded. Do not con-demn them. E ven they know that they cannot holdout against the flow of life. They will soon leave theE arth if they do not change. They are here now forthis reason: I know their hearts. They are not ashard as they appear. They may yet change. It couldbe that you are the instrument of that change. Letthem see your love and through you come to knowthe Lord of Love.

Do not try to change anyone externally, attack-ing b ehav i o r though you may see clearly that itneeds to change. That is the old approach,t h e v er yc a u se o f w a r f a r e . Share your own experiences. Tellyour own story. Share the wonder, the joy, the excite-ment, the benefits that you have come to know inservice to the Presence that is rising on the E arth.Do not prescribe d e t a i l s o f h ow t o l i v e . Share theSpirit of Life that knows all things. In thaf sharing,my Spirit will awaken. If ever my Spirit stirs, evenmomentarily, the seed is sown. Your words may beforgotten, but the Spirit of your words will live on.Those whom you. encounter, aye even those youmerely brush past in later days, will go back totheir habits altered, more open to love, to the Eter-nal Love, that continues to rise. This is what itmeans to have a mission inside of time, preparingthe way of the Lord.

Reassure those who are reluctant to rise to thechallenge of my Presence. They imagine that perfec-tion is instantly required. Perfection is notn ev erm a k i n g a m i s t a k e , perfection is neverc on sc i o u s l ymaking a mistake. In the old world mistakes arejustified; in the new, they are acknowledged and for-given. Mistakes, sins, lapse into fearful behavior,these are part of the great transition. Those wholove, do their best. And forgive the rest.

Many communities are already structured onpremises of love and friendship. Those who dwell insuch communities may have their ups and downs,but wherever deceit is not the intent and whereverhonesty guides giving and receiving in fairexchange, there is no reason for concern. The peopleof such communities need understand nothing of thelarger picture, they are already among my own.They will flow with the changes gracefully, improv-ing their love and deepening their understanding intime. Such communities will flourish through thistransition; for I myself will see to their needs. Theseare the centers of stability that will provide continu-ity for the human family as the transition unfolds.

My biological Awakening is the culmination ofa process initiated some four billion years ago, asyou measure time. I am aware of them om en t u mbehind the Reality now breaking into your events.You are aware of the historical crust that the shootsof love yet need to break through, but I am aware ofwhat is under, behind, within all those shoots. Iknow where they are coming from. If they hadasphalt and concrete to break through, they would;but no human heart is so hard. Even as human con-sciousness fell, it was ordained that one day thegreat stone of fear would be rolled away from themouth of the human heart, and the Gardener wouldreturn to the Garden. The curves of every cycle sincethe beginning of timecycles short and cycleslongwill crest together in a single moment soonafter the turn of the Third Millennium A.D. The

momentum of Reality moving into human time isvast. Awakening is assured. But the nature of thatawakening?

Because ofyouand because of thousands of oth-ers like you who are offering your lives to my HolySpirit, the next quarter century on E arth will see aproliferation of the most enlightened and effectiveeducational programs ever to grace the conceptualatmosphere of any planet. A Possible Scenario

nd so in the last years of the Twentieth Cen-tury, as the E ternal One's Presence grew, theEarth was transformed peacefully, without the dis-ruption that might have occurred in less educated,less cooperative times. It all began with a handful ofhuman beings turning to the Creator and asking forguidance and direction. God's intelligence thenentered their lives with far more clarity and accu-racy than they had anticipated. They weredelighted. Their lives prospered.Soon, other humans of that era turned to seewhat the secret of success might be. And these, thefirst Awakened Ones, said, "Pray. That is our secret.

Pray. Open a window to God. Ask the E ternal Oneat the Source of all life to guide you. Then standback and be amazed, for your direction will emergebefore you with crystalline clarity and truthful pre-cision. You will want to change some things aboutthe way you live. We did. But these changes are just
