    Poor coverage due to no handover later resulted to dropped call.

    Poor coverage due to no handover between B6002_3 M(1800) & B6002_1 later

    resulted to dropped call before cell reselection took place. B6002_3 M(1800) dragged

    the call without handed over to B6002_1 that has much better signal within its

    coverage area. The signal of B6002_1 was much better till the call dropped. This

    could be due to handover parameter settings.

    There is handover failures between B6011_1 M1800 and B6011_2 M900). Handovers

    fails repeatedly on B6011_2 whenever handover was initiated between B6011_1 M(1800) &

    B6011_2. It also fails between B6011_2 and other neighbour cells.

    Check hardware, handover parameters setting and congestion on target cell. B6011_2

    neighbour definition should be checked ASAP.
