as the main character of this short story found a powerful mental component to bring himself to the optimal fighting condition, we also have to find some optimal set of skills which will help us to feel confidence in any life situation. having such a personal arsenal, we can always “overcome ourselves!” when faced with any dangerous situation.

our first report was devoted to the main rules of effective self-defense. in the second report we deal with the general advantages of proper training of certain actions and with the superiority of such skills over brute physical force.

now you know that to get credible skills of effective self-defense you need special training. it begins with basic rules. how to achieve them? the best way is to follow the course to master the general algorithms of actions in practice, to teach your body to move in the optimal mode and to release your muscles from fear and strain. that is why the training begins with overcoming your fear.

But how? With the help of special exercises which involve a whole range of skills to have the necessary impact on your body and on your psychic setup too: they include special massage, the skill of muscle

What are the fighting algorithms?

this is the very fundamental set of natural body motor skills which allow us to react properly in any situation at the counter-intuitive (i.e. at the most effective) level instead of the intuitive one. in other words, you have to choose from thousands of possible actions, which our body is able to perform as a matter of fact (thanks to 244 degrees of mobility), only several of the most important ones which have universal character, which are applicable in any environment (in warm or cold conditions, on sand or on ice, in a restricted space, in a

The program of the Kadochnikov Systema

Topic 1: preparation of the body and forming of the basic motor skills.

Task: to master the basis of the virtuosic control over the body, including the skill of relaxing the necessary groups of muscles in order not to accumulate fear, strain or

anxiety in them. the brain orders – the body reacts.

Topic 2: the working stance and motion. pendulum movement and control over the shift of the center of mass

Task: to master the basis of soft fluid motion, energy saving and the precision of movements.

Topic 3: Contact with a rival. Contact zones, holds, overbalancing. getting free from any kind of holds, muscle memory.

Task: to master the basis of influencing the opponent with no use of brute physical force. to learn how to form proper contact zones and how to exercise influence in the proper direction in order to overbalance the rival and to destroy his/her mental

06stability, to perform painful holds and to suppress the opponent.

Topic 4: Blows. vulnerable zones and spots of the body. Destruction areas and ways of their influencing. the effects of supersonic speed and wave character of blows.

Task: to master the basis of the blow technique and the ways of its application for effective self-defense.

Topic 5: Defense against any kind of blows. linear and angular speed. principles of ricochet and effect of paradox.

Task: to master the basic principles of defense against any kind of blows with hard objects and parts of the body (arm, leg) with no use of brute physical force. to learn how to redirect the force of the opponent against him/herself in different ways of attack.

Topic 6: Working against a group of rivals. psychological peculiarities and fighting algorithms.

Task: to master the basis of work with a group of rivals. to define the psychological factors of such work and the peculiarities of the situation perception during the interaction with several attackers.

Topic 7: Working with bladed weapons. special preparation exercises to form

technique of working with knives and other types of cold weapon. psychological training at work with cold weapon.

Task: to master the basis of work with cold weapons. to master special preparation exercises to remove the psychological barriers at the work with cold weapons.

Topic 8: Working with objects at hand. principle of “completion” for strengthening our physical and psychic abilities.

Task: to master the basis of using objects at hand for effective self-defense, the development of peripheral vision, the ability to regard any object as a weapon; elements distracting attention, non-standard actions, shield-like objects, knife-like objects, knuckle-duster-like objects, etc.

Topic 9: Basic algorithms of total suppression of any rival.

Task: to learn to apply the acquired skills as an integrated system depending on the situation: to detect the problem, to define the task for its solution in one way or another, to use the time, force and means which you have at disposal of at the time optimally, to find several solutions.

After the Training You Will be Able to:
