The “secret” is no secret at all.

Page 2: Overcome your-fear

In life, we all have fears… and it's up to each of us as

individuals to either choose to overcome those fears…

or choose to let those fears run our lives.

Page 3: Overcome your-fear

Here’s the danger of talking to yourself like this. If you

tell yourself you are BAD enough times, and play back

the “movie” of you failure, you begin to believe the

negative things you tell yourself.

Page 4: Overcome your-fear

So what,” you might say, “they are only my beliefs”.

Page 5: Overcome your-fear

This moment you start telling

a powerful story to your self.

Page 6: Overcome your-fear

The problem is that over time, when you don’t get the

results you expect, you start to believe that you just

aren’t good ……

Page 7: Overcome your-fear

From this moment your mind start getting influence

Page 8: Overcome your-fear

I've come to the realization that EXPECTATIONS play a

very important part in RESULTS in life.

Page 9: Overcome your-fear

People who expect great results, however … end up

having a lot of good things happen. Why? Well, because

they know they will succeed, they have the energy and

motivation

Page 10: Overcome your-fear

And the best way to transform your beliefs is to get a few

“small victories” first. You can then “borrow” the great

feelings that come with this success to keep moving

forward.

Page 11: Overcome your-fear

After all, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a

single step, right? Here's what I'm saying: Now more

than ever, it's time for you to TAKE ACTION so you can

get GUARANTEED results. It’s time to get great results so

you can change your beliefs and then TAKE EVEN MORE

ACTION until you reach your goals.

Page 12: Overcome your-fear

The problem is that beliefs lead you to change your

ACTIONS.

Page 13: Overcome your-fear

You have the POWER to decide which stories about

yourself you want to belief.

Page 14: Overcome your-fear

IF THEY CAN DO IT, THEN SO CAN I.

Page 15: Overcome your-fear

Just like it takes some “nerve” to face your greatest

weakness, it ALSO takes nerve to ADMIT when you're

having challenges in learning.

Page 16: Overcome your-fear

IF THEY CAN DO IT, THEN SO CAN I. SO CAN YOU.

And if you're open-minded and willing to do a little work

on your part, then I'd like to show YOU how to do it.

recently heard a great description of

FEAR

False Evidence Appearing Real

Page 18: Overcome your-fear

Research has shown that of all the hundreds of bad

things we worry about happening in our lives, less than

5% actually happen. In other words, we waste a lot of

energy and time in our lives imagining all the BAD things

that will never actually happen.

Page 19: Overcome your-fear

So, instead of feeding your fears, you MUST learn how to

re-direct this energy and stay focused in the moment.

Page 20: Overcome your-fear

Now, think about THIS for a minute:

e.g. candidates who read slower than they are capable

of and can’t follow spoken English are all secretly

EXPECTING negative outcomes in exam. And they also

have a SECOND thing in common: They don't

CONSCIOUSLY REALIZE that all of their expectations are

negative.

Page 21: Overcome your-fear

If you take time to ask, or you stop to think about how it

happens for YOU, I think you'll realize that when you

think about it, your UNCONSCIOUS mind starts to

INSTANTLY think about all the NEGATIVE things that

might happen. You freeze up.

Page 22: Overcome your-fear

You see, the latest “test taking science” shows that when

you are anxious, your brain “gets stuck” and you miss

important information. You literally “can’t see or hear” the

answers to the questions. You might skip past important

words or ideas and get comprehension questions wrong.

Page 23: Overcome your-fear

You might also make silly mistakes as you response. If

that wasn’t bad enough, then you start to worry. You

worry about FAILING.

You worry about what your friends will say. You wonder

how you’ll tell your spouse or parents that you failed

AGAIN.

Page 24: Overcome your-fear

this “negative expectation program” literally TAKES OVER

before, during and after … and you CAN'T EVEN

IMAGINE a positive outcome.

This “negative expectation” thing is kind of awful, by the

way.

Page 25: Overcome your-fear

It's painful… and it's not easy to change… UNLESS, that

is… you know HOW. You've learned one of the most

important pieces of the puzzle for changing:

AWARENESS. Now that you KNOW about it, you can

start to AFFECT IT…

The good news is that you can learn some specific

techniques to REVERSE this thinking… and begin to

expect POSITIVE things to happen

Page 26: Overcome your-fear

The problem is when we become dependent on their

reminders. In other words, once we let other people

think for us, we stop thinking for ourselves.

Page 27: Overcome your-fear

The “secret” is no secret at all.

So, STEP ONE is to get the basic issues handled.
