6. Background:
AMU KABADDI CLUB is a newly introduced club in ASIA METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY. Not
all degree, diploma and foundation students are well exposed to this game. To overcome this,
AMU KABADDI CLUB has taken an initial step to launch the club formally. This is to inform
lecturers and students, there is a new club rise actively in ASIA METROPOLITANUNIVERSITY.
In conjunction with launching of AMU KABADDI CLUB, the club would like to organize a gameamong the interfaculty as a first step to spread the form of new club here.
Before the launching of club we would like to open a booth two weeks before to expose the
students about the kabaddi game and interest in participating. The booth will consist of video
play of people who played this game to boost their interest to know more about the game by
taking part.
The booths will be opened from 11am to 3pm for three days (16/01/2013 18/01/2013). All
students and lecturers are encouraged to join with us on this big day.
7. Program Objective:
To recognize talents among students and promoting Kabaddi and our culture for
peace, understanding and co-operation among the University community.
To share knowledge and updated information regarding the Kabaddi.
To enhancing sportsmanship and obtaining masses from Alcoholism, Drugs, AIDS,
Communal Violence, etc.
To develop a healthy relationships and teamwork among the student of AMU

13 Conclusion
We expect this program will expose the students about the game and benefit in the sense of
health. This program will also strengthen the relationship of AMU community and make them
feel that they were wealth with knowledge by the AMU Kabaddi club. We are also hoping thelecturers and students will cooperate to put forth their responsibilities in a great way to better
achievement.
