RE: 2018 CAWV MIDYEAR MEETING AT MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA

The fabulous JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort is the site of the 2018 CAWV Midyear Meeting which will be held February 1-7, 2018. The hotel sits on a private, three-mile, pristine white sand beach nestled along the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort was officially unveiled on January 1, 2017, capping off an 18-month, $320 million transformation from the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, which has hosted previous CAWV Midyear Meetings.

Your Program Committee will be putting together an abundant mix of business, sporting and social activities to truly make the 2018 meeting one you do not want to miss. In the meantime, everyone wishing to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration price must make their room reservations by October 27, 2017. Regular Registration ends December 8th. Rooms reserved after this date will be on an availability-only basis.

Enclosed for your review are a registration form, tentative agenda, information about the meeting, and how to reserve rooms at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

ACTION NEEDED: Fill out the enclosed reservation form and return it to the CAWV. Early Bird Registration of $1,450 must be received before October 27, 2017. Additional pricing and registration information can be found on the registration form and meeting information sheet. The link to reserve your room(s) can also be found on the registration form.

Meeting registration fees include meeting costs, two nights meals and receptions, general business sessions, and the Sunday Prayer Breakfast.

We hope you plan to join us for what promises to be a most enjoyable meeting at this newly transformed destination. But please remember, all unused hotel rooms will be released in December. If you plan to attend, don’t delay!
