Web Design & Content Management: via content management system (CQ5) and project submission to the eMarketing team including designing, writing, and editing of web page content for UX and SEO (via keyword research and topic/keyword selection – see “Search Engine Marketing” below) including page introductions and site overviews, product descriptions, informative text, and all other content
Search Engine Marketing: developed and executed strategies for SEO and SEM campaigns for our product lines and web pages. This involved keyword research in order to select topic focuses for pages based on criteria aligned with product line goals, optimizing search ads for click-through, optimizing web page content for organic search rank and search ad quality score, and designing landing pages in order to provide a meaningful user experience while creating better access to our content through visibility
Retargeting Consulting: assisting in the retargeting strategy of our product lines including matching ad content with topic selection for display networks, segmenting by projected interest level, creating ads for both content marketing as well as product promotion, and defining site user pathways that indicate higher interest levels for specific products and/or content in order to serve more relevant ads
Social Media Marketing: defining target audiences for paid posts, writing and rewriting copy to optimize for the platform and for mobile
Metric Selection and Analysis: selecting web metrics as aligned with our campaign and web page goals, interpreting reports for team members, improving results through sound interpretation of metric implications and strategy development for web content, social, and web advertising (search and display)
Market Research: designed and put forth a process for defining the market information needed in order to more effectively communicate value to our target audience, determining the most effective survey questions toward gaining this information, executing the survey so as to gain as the most complete answers possible, and interpreting the data to other members of the company in an easy-to-understand and actionable context
