Selecting the Right Equipment

John Morris Scientific offers an extensive range of temperature control equipment to meet your individual requirements.

The following pages list basic product specifications (eg temperature range, heating/cooling capacity, fill volume, flow rate, pump pressure, etc) separately for Heating Only, Heating & Cooling and Cooling Only equipment - providing an overview of the range offered.

However, to ensure you select the right equipment for your particular application process, specific additional information is required - for example:

Maintain or Control Temperature: Do you want to keep the temperature stable/constant or do you want to adjust the temperature throughout the process?

Rapid Heating/Cooling: How quickly do you want to heat or cool or both (eg heat 10ᵒC an hour or 1ᵒC per minute)?

Monitoring: How do you want to monitor the results, do you want to know what’s happening throughout the process (and do you want to record data and how), do you want an alarm (for when a set temperature is reached or another purpose)?

Type of Material: What is the type and mass of the material solution to be heated or cooled or both?
