2. ime was the main constraint. *s !ar as the de$th o! the research $a$er is concerned, it
would be un!air to assume that the su!!icient amount o! data has been collected within
such a limited time !rame.
3. he data collection has been done !rom a limited geogra$hical area. Hence the !indings (
conclusion have got their own limitations.
4. he in!ormation given by the res$ondents might be biased because some o! them might
not be interested to give correct in!ormation.
Concl!sion:
odays women are getting the best +ob o!!ers with high take home $ay $ackages. #t has
become the $resent day need !or working women in #ndia to increase their wealth. *s most o!
the women are low in !inancial literacy, it becomes hardly $ossible !or them to manage their
$ort!olios on their own. *lso the risk bearing ca$acity o! working women in #ndia is low. his
is due to lack o! sound !inancial knowledge. here is an e"$losion in the growth o! middle
class !amilies due to double income and increase in number o! working women. Hence e!!ort
should be made to attract women investors by $roviding right in!ormation and knowledge
about the market through advertisement
i!!erent grou$s o! working women investors like, $ro!essionals, entre$reneur $ay less
attention while evaluating the $ros and cons o! investing in di!!erent securities. he need andbene!its o! the systematic and analytical evaluation o! di!!erent alternatives and
com$etitive avenues need to be e"$lained to them. hen only it is $ossible to $ark their
sur$lus !unds in economical viable condition.
Managerial m3lications:
es$ite the !inancial soundness that working women have got, they are still not having
the com$lete knowledge o! $ort!olio management or in sim$le words, taking $ro$er investment
decisions. ue to insu!!icient knowledge o! !inancial instruments, women are !inding it di!!icult
to invest in the $ro+ects where high amount o! risk is involved. *nd those who are investing in
such avenues like stocks or euities, they do it many a times !ollowing their !riends advice.
Hence, there is high risk involved o! !acing heavy losses.
