light and take a RIGHT ONTO 199.

3. Go to the INTERSECTION off 199 and 321.

4. On 321 take a RIGHT.

5. Go to the INTERSECTION off 321 and Richmond Rd.

6. This will lead you to William and Mary Campus and all

the classes. Timing could be anywhere

from 10- 30 minutes, Detour

will last for 24 hrs.- 30 hrs.

People in the area will need to be evacuated to a safer area until cleaned up so that the citizens don’t get contaminated.

They will be asked to go to any relatives house until the spill is cleaned up
