• The Republic of Kazakhstan has large reserves of gas condensate and paraffin oils.

• In order to obtain high quality motor fuel it is necessary to apply effective catalytic one-step processes of refining on the base of functional catalyst.

• Results:• In refining hydrogen deficiency is constantly present. In the

institute of D.V.Sokolskogo the scientists conducted research on improving low-octane gasoline fractions in an inert atmosphere in the absence of hydrogen (zeoforming process).

• Zeoforming process allows to produces not only the aromatic components of gasoline, but also isoalkanes, olefins, naphthenes, which are part of high-octane gasoline. In this laboratory, scientists created new multifunctional catalysts PFC group containing no precious metals for hydrogen-free processing of hydrocarbons.

Based on nanoscale catalyst PFK -2 the scientists created a single-stage technology of hydrogen-free processing of virgin petroleum fractions into high-octane clean gasoline that meets the quality EuroStandart
