Lessons Learned/Key Insights
This type of webex learning would have been very helpful prior to starting the program for us.
It helps to introduce program in smaller pieces to staff, they are not so overwhelmed or resistive to the new program. It also offers them the opportunity to have input in what is working or not, how to improve it.
Having a local team of workers to work on developing and introducing the new program- is accepted better by staff.
A new program like this needs to have dedicated resources, not run off the corner of your desk.
What are some things you will do to sustain the work on reducing falls and injury from falls and by what date?
