We will collect your soiled garments on a scheduled basis, launder them to the highest standards, and then return them to your premises, ready for when your staff need them.

INSTALLATION PLANWe will send you a welcome letter together with an installation plan for your account and assign you a customer service co-ordinator. We will also meet with you again to discuss your installation.

HOW WE SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

We understand that a smooth-running account is a high priority for you. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive 10-step process to ensure your welcome is both friendly and efficient.

Ten quick and easy problem free steps...

INITIAL CONSULTATIONOur sales consultants will visit you to find out exactly what you need. Then we will submit a detailed proposal based on the most appropriate garment types, styles and fabrics for your workplace, along with the best service options to meet your requirements.

STAFF MEASUREMENTA visit will be arranged to measure your staff for their garments. If you have less than 15 staff, the salesperson can do this when you place your initial order.

GARMENT ORDER PLACEDWe will place the order with our garment manufacturer to fulfil your requirements.

CONTRACT REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCEWe will review all the details of your contract to ensure that we meet each of your expectations. Once these details are agreed they will be entered on to our system.

VIP’ VISITSYour customer service team will make VIP visits during the first 12 months to make sure that you are completely satisfied.

CUSTOMER TRACKING SURVEYSTo ensure that new customers are genuinely satisfied with the installation process, we commission independent market-research consultants to interview a random sample of these customers each quarter.

As you can see, it’s a thorough process and we work hard to keep to the installation plan once it is agreed with you. During the process we’ll keep you fully informed at every stage until your account is successfully installed.

Our unique online installation system allows both you and our service team to track this process, so together we’ll know we’ve got you covered.

GARMENTS READY FOR DESPATCHA week ahead of time, we will notify you that all your garments are labelled and badged (if required) and ready for despatch on an agreed date.

GARMENT INSTALLATIONOn the agreed date, your customer service co-ordinator will arrive with the garments and check that they each fit correctly.
