About GECS

GECS is a professional Overseas Education Consultancy firm based in Bangalore, with several years of experience in placing the right student in the right universities. GECS specialise in providing admissions in:

GECS Study Abroad Team helps students to make the right overseas education decisions. Their expertise in the field of overseas education has made them a time-tested resource in helping students to gain admission for suitable courses in recognised universities across the Globe.

GECS proposes to expand its network through franchising PAN India. Francorp would develop model for GECS and would provide services towards planning and execution of the same.

Council of Education and Development Programmes (CEDP)

CEDP came into being with a sole objective of imparting the best training and education to the youth present in metros and mini metros. Formed in 2010, CEDP is striving to improve the employability of the young generation by reaching out to individuals in remote places. They also focus on training the workforce of organizations. Enhancing their skills and suggesting methods by which they can improve their productivity. Francorp provided the consulting services towards Strategy and model development to CEDP.

Networkers Home

Networkers Home is one of the largest privately held training institutes in India. It started operations in early 2007 to provide world class training facilities to the students from all over the world. Today they have turned into one of the biggest Cisco Training Company in India. Francorp assisted the company in creating business model through a end-to-end Franchise Development Program.

IIAS

IIAS is leading hotel management institute based out of Kolkata with 20+ yrs in the business. They have 5 centers Kolkata (1), Siliguri (1), Goa (2), Dehradun (1). INSCOL Academy

INSCOL Academy, an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization, was established in 2004 with the objective of providing healthcare related study programs to students from North India. The post registration nursing programs were started in 2004 in collaboration with Universities in UK. Since then, more than a thousand students have enrolled into these programs and many out of these have taken up leading assignments in healthcare facilities across the globe. The Academy is a subsidiary of INSCOL Healthcare Limited. INSCOL is also a leading provider of healthcare services in Chandigarh.

Francorp helped in the preparation of Franchise Business Model and in the process of Franchise Roll-out. Francorp also compiled the Franchise Acquisition strategy, Operation Manual Guidelines, Legal Agreement documentation, Franchise Disclosure Document, Franchise Acquisition Marketing Strategy and Franchise communications. They were also helped to build up a Franchise sales pitch, Competitive Analysis & Business Plan, a road for Franchise Expansion and related training and operating Manual – Guidelines. Further, Francorp helped in identification of remuneration and cost structures, marketing the franchise opportunity, lead management, Identification & recruitment of the Franchisee.

Founded in 1993, Jamboree attempted to fill the information gap in India in the "Education Overseas“ segment. Back then, the only information available on overseas education was through friends and family living or studying abroad. Thus, only a small percentage of the interested students had access to this information. Now when 'Team Jamboree' reflects on the past few years it sees thousands of its students on the threshold of careers that would not have been possible without the right guidance. Francorp helped in devising a Competitive Analysis & Business Plan and also constructed a Business Model which worked as a Road Map for Jamboree's Franchise Expansion network. They also provided Training guidelines, Operating Manual with a detailed guideline on Marketing communication. Francorp also assisted in the Legal & Discloser Documentation and in their Site selection process.
