TITLEOFPOSITION: DigitalMarketingManagerREPORTSTO: VicePresident,Marketing&CreativeServicesPOSITIONSUMMARY: TheDigitalMarketingManagerisresponsibleforcreatinghigh-impact,engagingdigitalmarketingsolutionstosupportthesalesandmarketingoftheBostonConvention&ExhibitionCenter(BCEC),theHynesConventionCenter(Hynes)andTheLawnOnD.ThispositionwillmanagetheSignatureBostonwebsite(SignatureBoston.com)andincorporatedmicrositesincludingLawnOnD.com,3-2-1Connect.comandthemediasitetosupportfacilitymediasales.Heorshewillberesponsibleformaintainingwebsitecontent,developingnewwebsiteinitiativestokeepcurrentwiththelatesttechnologies,andreportingonwebsiteperformance.ThisindividualwillcuratetheSignatureBostonphotoandvideolibraries,andwillberesponsibleforcreatingandimplementingastrategyaroundvideoanddigitalgraphiccommunicationstosupportsales.Heorsheshouldhavethetechnicalknowledgetoteachotherteammembershowtoutilizevarioustechnologytoolstoenhanceinteractionswithclients.Qualifiedcandidateswillhaveprovensuccessindevelopingandimplementingacomprehensivedigitalstrategyforpromotingabusiness,venueordestination.Heorshemusthavestrongtimemanagementskillsandbeabletomanageandprioritizemultipleprojectsatthesametime.Thispositionrequiresanindividualwithcreativetalent,experienceinprogramming,back-endwebsitedevelopment,digitaldesignandvideoproduction,aworkingknowledgeofcurrentindustrysoftware,andaprofessionaldemeanor.

supporttoourdigitalmarketinginitiativesPREREQUISITES: Theidealcandidatewillpossessabachelor’sdegreefromafour-yearCollegeorUniversityinmarketing,communications,designorrelatedfield.HeorshemustbeproficientwiththeAdobeCreativeSuite(Photoshop,Illustrator,Acrobat,LightroomandDreamweaver),iMovie,GoogleAnalytics,HTML,andMicrosoftOfficeproducts(Word,Excel,PowerPoint).PreferredcandidateswillhaveexperienceusingHubSpot’smarketingandsalesplatforms.Heorsheshouldhaveprovenexperienceinmanagingadynamiccompanywebsiteofsignificantsizeandworkingwithinacontentmanagementsystem.Heorsheshouldalsohaveexperienceindevelopingvideosandotherdigitalpresentationmaterialstosupportsales.Qualifiedcandidatesshouldhaveaminimumof5-7yearsofrelatedindustryexperience.
