Pre-start Health & Safety ReviewsJNE offers specialized services related to Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews (PSRs) that are now required by law on all projects in Ontario.

We have developed a successful, efficient and proven PSR approach that accommodates projects of any size or complexity.

We also offer process safety studies designed to limit personal injuries as well as asset loss and the interruption of business.


CommissioningOur approach to commissioning incorporates all systems in a new facility from mechanical completion to operational status and OQ processes.

The objective was to standardize manufacturing processes and implement a standards based quality control system at nine P&G plants worldwide so that new products were brought to market as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The assignment demonstrated JNE’s capacity to complete projects on schedule and within budget while meeting industry demands for safety, security and sanitary design.


PharmaceuticalsJNE provides a full complement of engineering services that meet the rigorous demands and international standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
