DMV Connect: Wednesday February 7, 2018 from 9am-4pm on 2nd floor of the Wine Price Building there will be a mo-bile DMV customer service center. Click here for more information on what services they will provide.
Chesapeake Ave. Parking Deck: Estimated completion date December 2018 and will provide 675 parking spaces. Please keep in mind the additional traffic that may be caused by the construction.
Open Enrollment for Overtime Leave: Classified non-exempt employees, open enrollment for overtime leave is between 1/25/18 and 2/24/18.
Section of Sidewalk Closed: From 1/15/18 to possibly the end of the semester by the common area near Warren
Hall up to the steps and accessible ramp leading up to Keezell/Wilson Hall.

On Wednesday February 14, show your love for FM and wear your bandana!
Want to participate in a photo contest? Take a group photo wearing the bandana
however you all like! Send Shakini ([email protected]) the photo by 2/20/18
including the names of everyone in the photo. Photos will be posted on our Facil-
ities Management Facebook page in an album called FM Bandana Day! The
photo with the most likes will be featured in the March Newsletter! Voting will be
from 2/21/18—2/27/18. Have fun! If you still don’t have a bandana, come get one
in FM HR USB Suite 205!
