PROJECT OVERVIEWA luxurious and serene location in Thunder Bay sets the backdrop for this new project. TITAN proudly presents The Club Residence. The property is located on Thunder Bay Country Club on Golf Links Road, adjacent to Thunder Bay’s two largest income employers, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and Lakehead University. With over 6,700 individuals employed by the top 3 Thunder Bay employers, demand for these new units is expected to be high.

The project is a blend of suite types and sizes and designers have ensured the inclusion of ample underground parking for guests and residents. And integrated into the design is the new 10,000 square foot Golf Clubhouse. The 109 suites will be sold in two phases.

Coffee’s Tale is a fictional brand devel-opment. This focuses on logo design and cup packaging.

The logo’s concept blends the element of a goat and a coffee cup together. According to urban legend, coffee beans were discovered by a farmer’s goat. The brand’s identity is to give the impression of antecedent.

Every major franchise coffee compa-nies are selling their own coffee beans.

Most coffee drinkers are people that are in the working class. The concept of this packaging is using necktie de-sign as the front cover and the solid colour that wraps around the package is to represent a suit.

This is a fictional magazine develop-ment. The project is based on Google investing business in the editorial mar-ket.

The concept was that if Google had invest in the editorial market, they would produce magazines that are mainly about inspirational personnel’s interview as their niche. It encourages positive thinking among society and give aduience a more close connec-tion with these successful people and how they look at life in their own per-spective. It helps society to open their mind.

In 2011, Taiwan was celebrating 100 years development of their republic. Toronto’s TECO wanted a poster to hang and display at different Taiwan-ese cultural events in Toronto for the entire year.

One of the most iconic symbols of Canada is its maple leaf, while Taiwan is a plum blossom. The main concept is blending the two together, as Taiwan wants to share their heritage with the Canadian culture.
