Telecom. Led the consolidation of a global set of telecom providers (54) and moved Solectron to MPLS and a single managed service provider (Sprint) 4.) Global Facilities. Led the restructuring of Global Facilities representing 125 countries, 160 buildings, & over 12 million square feet by creating a strategy that selected a supplier/partner managing regional service delivery for the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia saving $40 million per year

6.) Direct Materials. Conceived, designed and launched direct material management solution transforming site and regional functionality to a global team that rationalized personnel/processes and developed a hybrid near shore approach saving $60 million per year

7.) Procure to Pay (P2P) for SG&A: Teamed with C Level Functional Leaders documenting a detailed, shared understanding of their unique and shared business processes then led the global competition for potential outsourcing partners. Further negotiated this multi-year $90 million strategic sourcing solution and deployment of the JD Edwards Financial solution

8.) Enterprise Software and Outside Services. Attracted, built, and lead the Enterprise Software and Outside Services teams consisting of eleven (11) senior members that applied the new practice to the top 50 partners. As a result, realized $330 million in maintenance savings, eliminating existing and potential future licensing compliance and other Intellectual Property (IP) issues
