Bhd. Project Engineer is responsible for preparing estimates for various tenders and enquiries received from clients. Project Engineer is reporting to the Project Manager. KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Project Manager in project and contract review. Prepare and authorize project implementation program. Ensure smooth running of the project throughout its program. Initiate relevant document such as purchase requisition/subcontractor/supplier comparison report. Sourcing, identifying, recommending subcontractors/suppliers for approval. Monitor the performance of the selected subcontractor. Coordinate and review project progress. Resolve quality issues with clients and consultants. Responsible for investigating, implementing corrective action, monitoring, verifying, the effectiveness as well as prevention action to customer’s complaint. Prepare site quality plan. Maintain quality records for project management activities
