Goal setting is the key to achieving what you dream. These suggested steps can help you plan your goals for 2013 and achieve your dreams of having your best ever year!

step one: DeciDe on your goals

- Break down your goal into monthly goals. Once you have set your monthly goals, plan how you will reach those objectives.

- The way to achieve your selling and team building goals is to consistently hold skin care classes - look for opportunities among your hostesses and guests.

- If you consistently do your power 10 each week by holding at least 3 skin care classes (with at least P3,000 sales each class), alloting 3 hours daily for bookings and interviewing potential team members and adding 1 new customer, you will increase your opportunities for sales and team building.

- Decide on your goals and establish them firmly in your heart and mind. For example, "I am going to walk on stage at Seminar 2013 and will be applauded for my efforts."

- "I am going to receive wonderful rewards for my achievements - not only in actual prizes but also in satisfaction of knowing I did it!"

step tWo: BreaK DoWn your goals

- Be dedicated to your goals and move into action by formulating your own strategy.

- Memorize booking dialogues. Be prepared to overcome objections and you will feel more confident and productive.

- Review your personal referrals list. Think about all the people you know who might enjoy hosting a party - relatives, neighbors, friends, wives of your husband's/boyfriend's friends and call them.

- Include product smaplers with orders to increase customer sales. Then mark your calendar and follow up with your customers in 7 to 10 days. While taking an order, you can ask for booking and team member referrals.

- Share your goals with others at your team meetings. Bring a guest to each meeting and watch your team building momentum grow!

Achieve P16 million and above retail unit sales from August 2012 -

3. Please communicate with us for any change in your contact or bank information. You may call our customer care Team at (02) 859-6200, 859-6222 or 859-MARY for appropriate updating of our database.

4. Gross commission of P1,200 and below will no longer be paid through checks or direct deposit to BPI account. Instead such amount may be as payment for your subsequent orders.
