4: Technology

Canvas wasselected asOUSDs LMS. I ambecoming familiar

with it, but we needto help our teacherslearn how to use it.

Scheduleprofessionaldevelopment thatwill support teacher

use of the CanvasLMS.

Tiffany, Ann andmyself along withDel Rios principalwith the support of

Oside 2.0 leadersand programspecialists

I will work with theOside 2.0 programspecialists toschedule Canvas

PD.

We are alreadyusing Canvas as aprofessionaldevelopment tool.

Teachers will begincreating their owncourses before theend of the schoolyear.

5: OnlineCourse Quality

Because there arelimited resourcesfor K-5 onlinecourses, Tiffany,Ann and I will need

to develop our ownprogram for DelRios BSS.

Review and use thecontent in the DCPthat Bill offered to letus use free ofcharge for Del Rios

BSS.

Del Rios BSSteaching team

Consider DSS as aresource for all DelRio teachers.

Use the DCPmaterials for DelRios BSS andconsider for fallimplementation

6: DigitalResources/Curriculum

The District hasBoard Policies inplace. We need todevelop an AUP.

Meet with the Oside2.0 team to helpupdate the BoardPolicy and draft anAUP.

I would like towork with Oside2.0 leaders tocreate thedocuments.

Student/Parenthandbook alsoneeds to beupdated.

We need the policiesto be updated and inplace prior to thestart of the 2013-2014 school year.

7. TeacherSupport Plan

We are focusedand have had

success with ourPD. PD willcontinue to be achallenge as weimplement 1:1iPads in the fall.

Continue to workwith Ann and Tiffany

and the Oside 2.0leadership team todevelop effectivePD and support forour teachers.
