Functionalities
• Result App• Attendance App• Time Table App• Other Data App• Create Group• Post to Group• Send notification
Registration
• To use any @ivs service user/educational institute needs to register themselves by visiting http://ivs.vivek.be
• In registration they will be asked for verification code to ge the code they need to send
@ivs.code to 92665 92665from the mobile which they wish to register.
Result App
• Any institution can make out their own result app just by uploading their result sheet in CSV format at http://ivs.vivek.be
How to do it ?
• Register your self at http://ivs.vivek.be• Save your result file in csv format.• You can find example files here :

Click on Upload Result
Create an APP or extension of main app on txtweb and copy the App key
Fill the Details on Result Page
Details
• Choose file – Here you need to choose CSV result file• Keyword – It’s the keyword which will help you to
access the app as sub app of ivs. Ex @IVS 7semres rollno
• App-key – Here you need to enter your app key which you copied from txtweb page.
• Welcome message – Here you need to add the welcome message for your app.
• Error message – Here you need to add the error message which will be displayed when there is no result found.
Next..
• Copy the url and add it to your app.
Next..
• Paste the copied url into your app.
How to get result ?
• You can access the result uploaded via both your own app and @ivs sub app.
• To access it via ivs send @IVS keyword rollno to 92665 92665• To access it via your app send @YourAppKeyword rollno to 92665

• That’s it your app is ready for use.
Attendance App

• Other app means app for data like syllabus for exam, etc.

• Register your self at http://ivs.vivek.be• Save your data file in csv format. First column
should consist of the data identifier. Example. If you are making syllabus app first column should contain subject name.

Group App
• Any institution can make out their own group app registering on http://ivs.vivek.be and filling some details.
How do it ?
• Register your self at http://ivs.vivek.be• Decide a group name.• On txtweb register a extension or main app for
that group.
Click on Create Group
Create an APP or extension of main app on txtweb and copy the App key
Fill the Details on Group Creation page
Details
• Group name – Its the keyword which will help you to access the app as sub app of ivs. Ex @IVS groupname
• App-key – Here you need to add your app key.• Welcome message – Here you need to add the
welcome message for your app.
Next..
• Copy the url and add it to your txtweb app.
Next..
• Paste the copied url into your txtweb app.
How can anyone join/leave the group created by you?
• To join the group they need to send @Groupname on (registered by you on
txtweb)or @IVS groupname on• To leave the group they need to send @Groupname off (registered by you on
txtweb)or @IVS groupname off
How to post message to group created by you ?
• Click on send message below group.
Next..
• Select the group and write the message in message box which you need to post to the group.

• That’s it. Your message will be sent to the group members who have subscribed it.
Next..
• You can also send message to group from your registered mobile no on http://ivs.vivek.be
• To do so, send sms from your registered mobile
@YourAppKeyword msg [email protected] groupname your messageNote: msg is a keyword.
Send Bulk notification
• If you have list of students who are irregular to school, or having any other issues or any thing else and you wish to send notification to their parents then in that case you have notification option here.
• To do so, you need to export excel file to csvWhich contains first column as the list of mobile no and rest column contains the message. You can find the example file here http://ivsexample.vivek.be

• Choose the file and click on upload.• As soon as the notifications are sent an email will
be sent to you containing the list of students who didn’t get the message due to any kind of error like DND, etc
Quick SMS
• You can also send quick sms to some of the parents by entering mobile nos of them along with the message and clicking on submit.
Custom Database
• If any institute has some different kind of database and wish @IVS to import it directly then in that case they need to visit http://ivscontact.vivek.be and send us the request. We will make out an custom API for them.

http://ivs.vivek.be• After registration they can also create groups via sms for that they need to
[email protected] groupname• After creation of group they can post to group via sms for that they need
to [email protected] groupname message• They can tell their friend to join group. Their friends need to [email protected] groupname on• To leave the group any one can [email protected] groupname off
