“The Eastbourne will featuregenerous one, two, three and fourbedroom residences and a luxuriousPenthouse.”

Quote to consider■ “It must be considered that thereis nothing more difficult to carry out,nor more doubtful of success, normore dangerous to handle, than toinitiate a new order of things.

“For the reformer has enemies inall who profit by the old order andonly lukewarm defenders in allthose who profit by the new.”

- Niccolo Machiavelli

Lodge Song■ Bro. Milton Tsaktsiras suggeststhat we print the words of the IvanhoeGrammar School Song so newer mem-bers can become more familiar with thewords:

We are proud to be members of IvanhoeSchool,With its record that’s second to none,And whatever the contest let this be ourrule; That no battle is lost till it’s won.

For our colours, brown and white,We will strive with all our might,Till we win each fight, each hard-foughtfight,For Ivanhoe, for Ivanhoe.

Though the words of our motto in Latinare writ,Yet their meaning is easy to see.As we go through this life, we must alldo our bit,For it’s ‘Faithful to Death’ we must be.

For our colours, brown and white,We will strive with all our might,Till we win each fight, each hard-foughtfight,For Ivanhoe, for Ivanhoe.
