A Unique Approach to

System Integration & Information Sharing

History

Prior to the formation of ITX, current ITX personnel had many years experience

interfacing and integrating information across diverse application products and installing

image management systems in the healthcare and law enforcement industries.

Traditionally, the only method available to solve these interface and integration issues

was to develop and maintain custom application program interfaces (API’s).

The API approach, although required for a successful implementation, proved too costly

to develop and impossible to maintain in a clients ever changing systems environment.

In late 1995 we formed ITX Information Technology Solutions, Inc with the goal of

developing software that would provide a more flexible and cost effective solution for

these interface and integration requirements.

Our Approach Our original design goal was to “Provide a simple and easy way to

interactively integrate with the data in any application system, regardless of the

hardware platform, operating system, or data base management system it runs on –

WITHOUT the requirement to develop and maintain costly and time consuming custom

programming interfaces (API’s)”

In 1997 we had not only released the original version of our first SI-3000 product line

www.si-3000.com , but had used these software capabilities to successfully build and

implement a very robust mug-shot and image management (EDM-Electronic Document

Management) product line for the law enforcement industry.

To-date, our mug shot and imaging modules have been installed and interactively

integrated with over 100 state, county, and local law enforcement client applications,

WITHOUT requiring any custom application program development.

Our EMM (Enterprise Management Module) was then created to allow us to easily

WEB/Browser enable all information (data, images, etc.) to be integrated - providing

our clients the most flexible means available (e.g. Internet, Intranet, Mobile, Wireless) for

capturing, managing, accessing, and sharing their information on a secured basis.

With the recent additions of our e-commerce capabilities (e.g. WEB based debit and

credit card collection) and Enterprise Device Access & Management (BYOD - browser

based support for most all mobile devices) we now have a complete and robust set of

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Mobile Computing software capabilities

to cost effectively address any of our clients “Information Integration and Sharing”

requirements for ANY application, in ANY industry.

We are now offering all of these ECM capabilities as part of our new ITXTREEVER
