The courier charge for a standard delivery is £6.50 for up to 10kg. After that it would be 0.30 per kg. Our deliveries are made with a national courier and orders received before 1.00pm

are despatched the same day for next day delivery. For an additional surcharge of £4.00 it is possible to book a pre-12.00pm

or Saturday delivery slot.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR Our selection of authentic balsamic vinegar comes from two producers, one in Reggio Emilia and the other in Modena (the only 2 certified production zones). Unlike most balsamic vinegars, ours do not contain any artificial colorants, sweeteners, thickeners etc. - only 100% cooked grape must. Borgo del Balsamico have been producing balsamic vinegar in Reggio Emilia for nearly a century. Their flagship products are the beautifully presented yellow, orange and red labels, categorised by different aging in small wooden barrels. It is a totally natural, unique sweet dressing that has been used for over 5000 years in the Mediterranean region as a sweetener. It starts from exactly the same production process as balsamic vinegar where Trebbiano or Lambrusco grapes from the Modena - Reggio Emilia regions are left on the vines until they are bursting with sugar. After careful pressing, this grape must is then boiled in large open pots to reduce it to around a third of its original volume and concentrate the natural sugars. ITALIAN CHEESE Our Parmesan cheese is making its debut in the UK and is already causing quite a stir. It has won many awards including gold medal at the cheese Olympics (yes there is an Olympics for cheese!). It is produced in the mountain region between Modena and Bologna (perfect grazing conditions for high quality milk) by expert artisans, like Claudio pictured here, who are part of a cooperative of small farms. Available in a young, soft 12 month aged perfect for salads and sandwiches. The 24 month is the classic grating cheese and most versatile.
